Great local fare, good service, fairly priced wine, very cool antique ambiance. Owner hardworking service manager as well. I am easily pleased with French cuisine...particularly easily pleased here.

We always meant to write a review about this restaurant/wine bar so here it is a year on! Food was lovely and what makes this restaurant special is the wine recommendations to compliment your choice from the menu. I had turkey leg delicious and tender but menu varies quite a bit in choice. Great ambience, friendly staff and very good... More

Nice staff but the Food and the wine didn't meet the expectations. Too high prices for the very rural Food and simple wines.

This small restaurant is up a side street - you can see it from the river bridge standing on the opposite side of the road from the Tourist Office. As in so many small restaurants in Normandy, the staff were friendly and the food was amazing. I had the plate of assorted cheeses and then the plate of assorted desserts.... More

Went there for dinner last night with my wife. I had read the reviews and followed the guidance by ordering the special. The chicken was way over cooked to the point it was difficult to even cut. Was very disappointed. Maybe it was an off day or the fact we had a late dinner but it was hard to eat.... More

Had a wonderful meal here. Had the lunch menu, fish, and it was excellent. Lovely ambience and service was friendly and efficient. What was absolutely stunning was the 5€ Cafe Gourmand. Amazing! Great coffee surrounded by six, repeat six, beautiful little (actually not that little) tasty dishes...mousse, floate, biscuit with chocolate and others. Fabulous taste, amazing value! Well worth getting... More

It's a rarity to find a restaurant where the owner and staff have a passion for what they do and how they present the food. Pierre-Henri, the owner, was a warm and gracious host who made you feel that you have come to his house as opposed to being a diner at his establishment. He and his staff had excellent... More
