We ate here one evening, this small restaurant in the heart of the historic center of Bayeux, that night we decided to eat pizza and Bayeux find a pizzeria was pretty difficult. Here we spent a good time, we were greeted warmly and immediately found a table in the hall near the entrance. We had a very extensive menu with... More

I just loved the food and staff at this delightful restaurant. I had six meals here (lunch and dinner) and I enjoyed many of the menu items. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Wife and I were looking for a place for a light lunch and Domesday filled the bill. Ordered at simple pizza to share, a bottle of mineral water, and a carafe of tap water for wife. Service was fast. Pizza was good and ample for two. And the mineral water was cold - welcome on a warm day. Price was... More

We ate here not expecting it to be that good. But it looked as if it as the best in the area and we loved it. The service was good and the food was one of the best meals that we ate in France during our stay this year. My experiences of eating in tourist hot spots have not been... More

This restaurant is right next door to the cathedral. On vacation, we never go to the same restaurant twice; however, we went to Le Domesday two nights in a row. It was just so convenient with outdoor seating and more importantly, the food was great. You can order a fixed menu selection. My husband had the chicken in a pot... More

Situated in a great spot overlooking the Cathedral. Very busy when I arrived and sat outside. The waiter took forever to get my food and drink order and although very busy I waited more than I would have liked for a salad to be presented. When it did arrive the salad was very nice and a good portion size. A... More

On a family vacation around Normandie, we were looking for a place to eat dinner that could take the six of us on such short notice. Two were little girls, age five and eight. On a whim, we decided to try this restaurant. The food was delicious. The desserts were even better. My sister even looked up from her amazing... More

Great location next to the Cathedral and a nice relaxed atmosphere suitable for families. Although the food is a little basic it is good enough for everyone to enjoy (pizza especially good). Service is friendly and english is spoken well by the staff. Would definitely recommend to tourists and families.

Amazing food - seriously beautiful. 87E for a family of 6 with pudding! Superb service. My other half eat off the 15E menu and the steak was huge. All kids very happy with meal, so much so that above all other places we are going there again tonight!
