Ate here recently with my husband and two friends and very much enjoyed our meals. Food was well prepared and nicely presented and service was also good. Three of us had the lamb tagine and found the lamb to be tender, moist and tasty. As with other restaurants in Bayeux, best to make reservations a day or so in advance... More

The restaurant is small and tucked away from the main street near the cathedral. Some but not much outside seating but it was too cool anyway so we ate indoors. We got a table on a Friday night without booking. Service was excellent. Charming, attentive and friendly. We loved the ambience. The meal was delicious, starting with an amuse bouche and... More

This was one of two restaurants we definitely wanted to try in our visit to Bayeux. It did not disappoint! Great meal.

This restaurant is very small, near the cathedral but there is also limited pavement seating. When we visited at 7pm there was only one other couple, so reservations may not be required. The food is definitely nouvelle cuisine and the portions are small. However the food quality is very good indeed. We had an amuse bouche (curried carrot soup with... More

I have rated this as one of my best meals although my wife rated a little less. For me the food was innovative but not fussy and full of flavour. I had a Pollack Tartare with a gazpacho style cold sauce (This was spectacular in flavour) and then a ' trologie of poissons' which was possibly a little more ordinary... More

I had one of the nicest meals I have had at this restaurant. The food was excellent, I chose to eat from the €27 menu, a starter, main and dessert and chose the salmon mille-feulle, the tuna gravalax and the chocolate and red pepper cake. When I arrived there were no seats available inside but it was a nice evening... More

We sat outside as there was no space inside and it was really to cold. However that did not dampen our enjoyment of the meal. Lots of options to choose from. Service was good as well

A super fantastic restaurant near the cathedral. A must eat when you are in the city. The menu for 33€ is very very good. It's my second time in 2 years and it will not be the last.

After a visit in late May, I inadvertently posted a review of this restaurant in the similarly-named 'Le P'tit Bistro' which is not as good and about 300m away on the other side of the cathedral. For our second visit, we found that neither the food nor the service was quite as good. There was just one young lady serving... More

We were lucky to be able to walk into a table at Le P'tit Resto from our nearby B and B Manoir St Victoire. It seemed like a place where you would normally have to book. A main meal of pollock roasted with mangoes, a broccoli mousseline, ginger and a cappuccino of red peppers. Dessert - chocolate puff pastry with... More
