As the title says, it was a good meal, but the food was over-priced. The starters were delicious. We had the tomatoes Chez Jean-Luc, and the sea bass tataki. For mains, we had the sea bream - again very tasty - and the scallops. The scallops were plump and nice but did not marry very well to the bitterness of... More

We booked a table of two via "The fork . com (great for reservations from the uk). Booked here as the reviews on TA were great and wanted to try their famous cassoulet and were not disapointed, rich and full of flavour. My wife had the foie gras ravioli which was equally delicious. What also impressed me was the wine... More

Had a fantastic lunch, just their set menu, didn't expect the food to be as great as it was. We were almost sorry that we were only staying in Toulouse for 1 night as wanted to come back here!

Chez Emile was reccomended to myself and partner by the owner of the B&B we stayed at. We got a table booked for us on our last night, in a pretty wee and busy square, the service was fantastic and food was fantastic too, Yes its dear, but nice for a last meal, which is what we had. Well worth... More

We went here because the cassoulet has a good reputation. My boyfriend had it, said it was ok, lacked flavour but the Toulouse sausage was ok. I had the duck which was a little over-cooked to my liking despite my request for it to be really pink. The veg was delicious but it does drive me made when they only... More

Food was tasty, region wine suggested perfectly matching our dishes. Very friendly service. One thing that could be improved: the olives were canned ones that were put in some sweet sour sauce, probably ketchup and maybe Tabasco, too bad when the rest was so fresh and tasty.

Perfectly located on Place St Georges, this highly demanded place offers pretty good French food. It opens late and requires a reservation but has a very nice service and nice French food. The menu is not very long and prices merit rather more official occasion. Cassoulet is worth a try and the sufflet is awesome.

Classic Toulouse dishes, served outdoors on Place Saint Georges. The menu at 41 euros is pricey but worth it for the foie gras starter, cassoulet or fish à la plancha as the main course, and a soufflé au Grand Marnier for dessert. The restaurant has a long wine list of classic Bordeaux, and the carafe wines are very good here... More

Went there for a dinner. It was such a lovely experience. Tables outside, white tablecloths, candles, great food (my friend tried for the first time - pigeon - still couldnt forget its stunning taste), wine... attentive service...Though a bit uncomfortable chairs. Its cuisine worths a michelin star for sure, so big mistake to miss this spot! (Wine, 2 main dishes... More
