Had the 21 euro lunch menu which was a pretty good value and also a carafe of the 15.50 euro Bourgogne blanc. The fish was perfectly cooked. The wine list was good and the patio was excellent on a nice day to enjoy Place St. George. Service was great and the pear tart dessert was awesome. What more can you... More

The menu 41 euro was a good choice. Foie gras de canard fantastic, parillad des poissons really nice (7 different fish of which 2 were a bit dry and boring, tasteless rice), 3 kinds of cheese which turned out to be two. The service could have presented the food better, for instance told what kind if fish and cheeses we... More

I had a dinner in winter, so inside the restaurant, this place is quite small so you need booking before, anyway the restaurant is very typical with the famous red bricks from the external view. I had as starter a velvet souce of mushroom, then pasta with fish and as main dish tuna fish with a very tasty white wine.... More

Two of our party of 4 had the lunch menu at 20 euros for 3 courses and 2 had the menu at 30 euros. The 20 euro menu started with carpaccio de cabillaud (cod) which was excellent quality. Mains were daurade which was cooked well with a crispy skin, served with caramelised endive and baby fennel. Desserts were a raspberry... More

We found this local high praised restaurant in our search for the local specialties of Toulouse : Duck & Cassoulet. The evening started with the house apero which was quite nice but a bit expensive. The starters we ordered were nice but the only one which I probably would member was the ravioli with foie gras! This was really excellent!... More

This is the only Restaurant in Toulouse where you can eat the real and original "Cassoulet" and it is true. Le Cassoulet is absolutely amazing.... service is good pricing also, the terrace and location is just great.

We had dinner Chez Emile. It's situated on one of Toulouse's lovely small plazas and we enjoyed it's lively outdoor dynamic. The food was delicious and we had a great time.

This is not the best cassoulet I've had in Toulouse, it is not as good as the one I have eaten in the 1st floor of the Victor Hugo market. But if I only had one day/night in Toulouse this would still be my choice. Here you can eat an excellent cassoulet in a true Toulouse institution on the very... More

We had lunch last week, the 20€ menu plus a side dish of foie gras. I'll be short: the service was rude, stupid and very unpleasant. The food was amazing, tasty and delicate, big quality of the ingredients. The square where the tables outside are, so noisy, and you are sitting next to each other, like fish in a can.... More

The food of the Toulouse region is much more rustic than that of the rest of France. The flavours are bold and the style of cooking and presentation much less finicky than in say Paris. What we found out after eating at Restaurant Emile though is that robust flavours can still be done in an elegant way. In fact, we... More
