I can't believe this restaurant is ranked number 11 in Toulouse, I would not recommend it to anyone since it is very expensive for what it is, really nothing special about this place, for us it was quite a waste of money, in Toulouse is is possible to eat better for cheaper than this, bottom line.

Stumbled upon this restaurant on the way to another for dinner. Glad we stopped and went here instead. Not an exhaustive menu but enough selection to suit most everyone. Food was unique and delicious and definitive French. Level of service was higher than typical restaurant in France. A great meal on all accounts.

I've been coming to Toulouse several times a year for over 15 years and I can't imagine why it's taken me so long to discover this place, especially as it's one of relatively few "serious" restaurants in Toulouse to open on Saturday nights. (Plainly anyone who is anyone in Toulouse has gone to their second home for the weekend!) From... More

I went to Genty Magre once and have to say it is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. It is perfect to celebrate a special occasion or just enjoy French cuisine at its best! The food is excellent. The "amuse gouche" (in this case it was a cold soup) tiggered taste buds I didn't even know... More

Been there a couple of times for my SO's birthday and our one year anniversary. Both times were great. The food is tasty and sophisticated and the wine selection is quite nice. I highly recommend it.

Ate dinner here. Huge portions of wonderful food for a very reasonable price. Great local rose wine. Great service. Highly recommended.

We turned up without a reservation luckily they managed to squeeze us in. Service was friendly and helpful, they also spoke good English. They had a good variety of exciting dishes at value for money prices. Definitely recommend for a nice meal.

The four of us were delighted with the meals. We ate plat de jour and from the menu. The sweets were spectacular and the main course superb. My rabbit was truly succulent. Perhaps a little negative was we ate upstairs on the first floor, the atmosphere was perhaps not as good.

Young promising cook offering quality food at reasonnable price especially if you choose the menu. Large choice of local dishes accompanied by tasty little side orders. Excellent wine!

This place manages to be both traditional and innovative, which is something quite rare in France. The starters - Fois Gras, Scallops carpaccio, asparagus with a crispy egg and baby squid - were all very good, especially the squids, which were really tender. For a main we all had Cassoulet, the local specialty - a hefty serving of beans, duck... More
