The calzone is one of a kind!!

During our stay we ate here every night expect for the one night they were closed. The service was outstanding. They were very accommodating considering we have a very active one year old. We had been many times to this restaurant but this year I have to say that this was exceptional. The menus have been seriously extended. In addition to the pizzas, you can also get all kind of Italian/Spanish type other courses which have been adapted to the taste of their best and regular clients and it makes the place very... More

If you are looking for either a quick pizza or something really special I can't recommend Da Marco highly enough. Amazing food - friendly service with great atmosphere. Excellent selection of local products and wines. If you are in the Haute Pyrenees it is worth travelling to eat there. Only downside is that it is not possible to book a... More

Get away from all the stereotype restaurants near the grotto and venture up the hill towards the real town of Lourdes. Da Marco is welcome respite from the orange rosary beads and plastic Virgin Mary statues. We had lunch outside and were greeted in a very friendly manner. There is quite an extensive menu, both set and a la carte,... More

We were losing the will to live in Lourdes which seemed to have a complete lack of any decent restaurants anywhere. A combination of terrible food and awful service in a grotty town meant that we had really low expectations of Da Marco. Not good when you're on a cycling trip covering 100kms a day in the mountains. We came... More

I ate here on my own on my first night and had to wait 15 mins to get in. But it was worth it: a huge bowl of delicious tagliatelle calamari! Tried to get in with a small group the next night but it was too much waiting time. This is obviously a well-known and popular place, and for good... More

Just arrived back from our yearly trip to Lourdes and spent last night in Da Marco's and what a night !! This was my first visit to De Marco's as we had been to other restaurants on previous trips. Da Marcos came up trumps !! Fabulously fresh food, amazing pizzas, the best lasagnes ever and delicious deserts. The restaurant was... More

My wife and I actually were going to Sorocco, the #1 rated place on TA, but it was closed. It was still rather early, so we went for a walk and we decided to eat here as we knew where it was after passing it on the way. This place has the best pizza I ever had! The atmosphere was... More
