Recently stayed in Perpignan for a weekend. This restaurant is by far best place to eat in Perpignan. Great food at reasonable prices and fantastic hospitality from all staff, who spoke English extremely well. Always a sign of a great place is the number of locals that frequent the place and this restaurant was no different. It was full which... More

Recently stayed in Perpignan for a week and had 2 meals at this place. By far best place in Perpignan!! Great food, great wine at reasonable prices and fantastic hospitality from a great team of staff. The place is full day and night with mostly locals or people in the know and for good reason. I cannot recommend this place... More

One of the better restaurants we tried. Nice décor inside. The food was good and not expensive. 30 € a head starter/Main and a bottle of wine. We would go back.

Arrived on a Friday night and immediately shown a table and presented with a wine list. Very buzzy place with good loud music and customers. Good is filling and good value. Pleased to report we were the only Brits there but we were looked after superbly and all the staff enjoyed speaking English, despite the fact I was trying to... More

Went three times on a visit to perpignan the atmosphere, food and wine were all superb. We had the set menu which was great value as the wine list also was well priced we came away at under 60 euros for two you can't complain at that. The staff were great and even though we didn't have a booking for the... More

We visited Casa Sansa on a Saturday night in September. We'd seen it earlier in the week and the restaurant looked inviting and popular even on a Tuesday night. So we made a reservation and were pleased to see our name was first on the booking list! Great we thought. We'll get some good seats for Saturday night. We arrived... More

Just got back from Perpignan, where I'm pleased to say the Casa Sansa restaurant is open for business once again. It's VERY popular, and for the first time in seven years, we failed to get a table - it was just too full! The menu is traditional Catalan/.French, and it looks as though one or dishes have been retained from... More

In Perpignan for the splendid music festival (check out local band The Terrific Turkeys who played on the hoof around 11pm - brilliant). Trawled around a number of restaurants before settling on CS - sitting outside the restaurant we were treated to first class service. Opting for the fixed three course special at 19.50€ with the obligatory cheeky demi (or... More

...Casa Sansa is closed, and has been for some time. A great pity - who knows the reasons behind these things? But we were there in June 2013, and it's well and truly NOT open for business.

This is a lovely place, so much nicer than many of the restaurants around it. The food was great and very reasonable for the quality of the food; we had 4 nights in Perpignan and this was the best food we ate. The staff were also incredibly nice and it is has a very relaxed atmosphere. There is a tapas... More
