There are approximately 6 tables outside, half of which are 4 tops. The staff does not speak English but they have a small English menu. Fish is the specialty. We were a party of 3 and every dish we had was very good. Bring a camera. Le 17 is loaded with local charm.

We've had plenty of disappointments in Perpignan restaurants - but this is not one of them! The lunch time set menu offers you the choice of 1, 2 or 3 courses (though only one choice for each) and is reliably good, with a bias towards fish (which suits us fine!). The food is beautifully presented with some interesting fusions of... More

We were brought to Le 17 by a taxi driver who said we would enjoy...he called ahead, advised we were from ireland and our french was poor! We were met at the door and treated with special attention by our lovely waitress...between us ( her limited english and our poor french) we had a lot of fun ordering...what arrived was... More

We went for lunch and chose the set menu. We sat outside in the sunshine in a pretty setting. The food was excellent, beautifully displayed. Staff were very attentive but not too much. The restaurant was busy but efficiently run. We will definitely return and would recommend it. Such good value.

We stopped here for lunch on the strength of reviews from Trip Advisor and are very glad we did! The setting in a beautifully renovated old building in a tiny street in the old center of town was what first attracted us. The menu du jour was posted on a board outside: velouté de gambas, filet de lieu noir, and... More

The quality of the food and friendliness of the service was really outstanding. One of our favourites in Perpignan.

This was one of the best meals we had in Perpignan. The service and the quality of the food was worthy of a Michelin star restaurant while the price was very reasonable. Well worth a visit.

Found with Trip 17 is a very nice restaurant, smal but comfortable with excellent fish menu for lunch. Even children at the table where enthousiast.

We spent the morning wandering through the old town and arrived at this restaurant by chance. The waitresses were very welcoming and explained the detail of what was on offer. We went for the menu, which only had one option for each course, but all three courses were very good and the offer was clearly regional and not the standard... More

Wandering the narrow streets we passed this restaurant just as they were delivering food to a table; it looked so good we quickly asked for a table. How delighted we were as the meal progressed as the meal was delicious and could not be faulted in any way. For 19 Euros at lunchtime you are in for a gastronomic treat.... More
