Pleasant family lunch

Popped in here for lunch when spending a relaxing day in Narbonne. Excellent food, lovely staff and good value. Location by the canal and outside seating area really pleasant. Would definitely go back.

We were in Narbonne for 1 night with our two children 12 and 9 and needed a place to eat. After walking along the canal in the heart of the city we came across this bistro. The menu looked attractive and although we were the first in,it soon filled up and it obviously has a good local reputation. The staff... More

The service here is really friendly and efficient, and the cuisine is simply delicious. We were lucky enough to stay a while in Narbonne and to try EVERYTHING on the menu several times, and not only was everything great, but it was consistently well executed every single time. The ingredients are always market-fresh and flavorful. The only thing we weren't... More

We took an Easter break in Narbonne and found this restaurant whilst out wandering looking for somewhere to eat one evening. Our food was really good, reasonably priced and the staff were helpful and explained the menu in their best English (much better than our French).

recently visited Narbonne for the first time and parked at the free car park near the theatre just south of the historic centre. We took the free little bus that runs round the town and as we went along by the run of restaurants near the canal we spotted this one which was absolutely packed at 12.30 while their neighbours... Service was fast and friendly, food was tasty. A very cozy, almost traffic-free location at the promenade. Tip: the plat du jour offers good value for the money.

Narbonne is not over-provided with stylish eateries with affordable food. This one, on the left bank of the canal, in sight of the Cathedral, is a gem. Friendly service, and a really varied prix-fixe lunch menu, two courses around 11 Euros, three courses 13. The room is spacious and modern, and one sign if its reputation is that by soon... More
