Excellent Presentation

The food here was very good but the presentation was outstanding. Everything looked like it came out of a magazine. The appetizer was a tomato dish with many types of tomato items. The duck was wonderful and the pork delicious. Service was very good and even though we arrived too early, they let... read more

The restaurant was recommended to us by staff at the hotel at which we were staying, so we were looking forward to a good dining experience. The window of the restaurant was full of awards and accolades. After a discussion between the two staff, we we placed in a side room with a couple of tables, one backing up to... More

This was a restaurant we selected based on the great reviews on TripAdvisor plus it was close proximity to where our party of 8 moored our barge on an overnight stay in Narbonne. From the time we walked in the restaurant the service was top notch.Everyone of our meals which included fish, beef, canard & risotto mains were exceptional. Plus... More

Fun lively bar scene in front filled with young people. Quiet, lovely restaurant in back. Everything was suburb. We speak no French and waiters were kind and helpful with their very limited English and no Spanish.

We stopped here for lunch based on a recommendation and were not disappointed. The dining room was full (always a good sign) so we ate in the bar area near the entry. It was one of the best meals I have ever had in France! We had the plat du jour; each item was presented in a fascinating way either... More

Our first night in Narbonne we went with a recommendation from our apartment's owners. This is (s)low season, so at 8:30 we were one of two couples in the restaurant. The food was well-prepared and well-presented, but the menu was extremely limited (and my first choice of entree was not available). We enjoyed our meal, but probably won't return.

As a start, this basic-looking restaurant is far from that. We were served quickly, choosing from the €29.00 menu. I did not want the tuna nor chicken as I had had it for lunch. No problem they swapped for a Magret. We decided to trust the waiter to select the wines and he did a really good job, starting with... More

As my wife had damaged her ankle on our boat trip down the Canal du Midi, it was not possible to easily reach the restaurant we had originally chosen for our last night on the boat in Narbonne. However through a Tripadvisor search I discovered this restaurant which was just around the corner and only a gentle 5 minute walk... More

Very good restaurant. The food was wonderful, unpretentious. It was lunch time and very busy. We took the only table left as we arrived around 2pm.

This place left so good impression during the first visit that we decided to book a table for the next evening during the desert. The food was great. Good portions, tasty french food, nice looking servings but not too fancy. We had a special diet requirements and got excellent service even though we don't speak any French (English was good...
