What do you say about a restaurant with a inventive, solid chef using only fresh ingredients, when one doesn't especially like some of his dishes? Friends continuously rave about the restaurant and the offerings, so what to say? The appetizer can be very good (veggy and squid roll), the main dishes were each time nothing special. I never tried a... More

Walking across Narbonne City Centre and trying to find a open table without reservation is quite a challenge. With 4 persons and a dog we went to several of the top rated spots for narbonne but weren´t lucky with finding a place until we crossed the L´entre-Temps. The very nice Co-Owner welcomed us in the very tasteful und beautiful decorated... More

We had a good meal here, it was reasonable and the wine and food were delicious. Service was good - only one lady serving but she was attentive and polite. Didn't speak much English so you will need to speak a certain level of French to understand the menu. Would definitely return.

Delicious food, good service, good ambiance, tasty decoration. Reasonable prices. Good house wine. Great for a casual dinner with friends. Earned my vote.

Arriving in the centre of Narbonne on the Canal du Midi this restaurant was attractive because it was close to the quay and because of it's high ratings on Trip Adviser. The restaurant has a lovely, relaxed ambiance and the hostess was extremely friendly and helpful as we arrived and ordered the meal. The starters, accompanied by the very good... More

We found this place through Trip Advisor, and what a treat it was. It’s tucked away on a quiet side street and it has the rustic, cozy feeling of a wine cave. The hostess, who I assume is the co-owner, was absolutely delightful and attentive to her guests without being intrusive. The menu was innovative, but included some regional specialties... More

This appeared near the top of the Tripadvisor list for Narbonne restaurants so I decided to sample it on a Saturday lunchtime at the end of September. The restaurant was not particularly busy during my visit, with most clients appearing to be tourists. I chose the plat de jour, a salad followed by dorade (sea bream) for €17. The salad... More

Whilst day tripping in Narbonne we decided to seek out a 'proper' restaurant, rather than a cafe, for an extended lunch break. Fortunately we stumbled upon L'entre-temps which ticks all boxes in the small restaurant space - food is excellent, everything done well with flair and imagination, and the service is friendly and pleasant. Value for money is excellent -... More

This restaurant has the looks of a living room in the country site, it makes you feel at home. It has a limited space, so we made reservations for a table a few hours before dinner. The lady who served us was very kind and helpful. Not in a hurry she took her time to look after all her guests.... More

Tried this place for a Friday lunch in August following Trip Advisor reviews. Professional, friendly and welcoming service (although this should be taken for granted it is not the case in some many places today). Nicely positioned. Tasty and well presented dishes. Good value for money at today's prices. Would definitely recommend, a real pleasure.
