Superb lunch

It's always worth spotting the restaurants which get crowded early on. They usually indicate good food and good value. Le Mont Liban was no exception to this rule. The food was lovely, service especially delightful and the whole meal was very good value (approx 75€ inc a litre carafe of wine, 2... read more

We've just eaten lunch at Le Mont Liban, the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. They serve beautifully presented authentic North African food. Such a change from the usual French restaurant menus.Loved it so much we're going back there for an evening meal. Also the staff there are really helpful and friendly. Booking highly recommended as this restaurant is... More

The food here is ridiculously good, you really can't go wrong whatever you choose! The Taouk chicken skewer is especially nice as its really tender and comes with a fresh tabbouleh, crispy chips and a delicious houmous. If you go at lunch, there's less choice (a choice between 4 things) but it's cheaper at £10 per dish. If you're in... More

We often eat Lebanese food on our trips to France and this place is well-priced and very traditional. It's a family affair so the staff is very welcoming.

I love Lebanese food, so, based on the reviews on Trip Advisor, was looking forward to a tasty lunch. I was thus very disappointed when my shish taouk (grilled chicken kebab) arrived, as it had been ruined by the use of salty soy sauce in its cooking. Since when has soy sauce been an authentic Lebanese flavour/ingredient? I tried my... More

I stumbled across this place, set in the attractive Place du Marche. Very pleasant at lunchtime, since the outdoor tables have the shade. Typical menu, very good value for tourist France (one block from the Roman arena in Nimes) -- but look at this food presentation! I have eaten falafel for years in the US and never have been served... More

We (2 of us) ate lunch here, and were pretty lucky to get in. It is obviously very popular with the locals, and we really only got a table by walking in just as 2 people were leaving. After us, others had to wait. The food was excellent. A set lunch, with 4 main plate options. It is not traditional... More

Fantastic food. My husband loves Lebanese food and we found this restaurant by accident when exploring Nimes. My husband persuaded me and we had lunch there. The food was delicisous and in-expensive. We loved it so much that we can back the next evening when we were returning to see the Feria. Normally they don't allow evening bookings when the... More
