This is an excellent restaurant with a very unique outdoor garden with a great atmosphere. All the staff not only come across as pleasant but seem to genuinely love their work. The food from starters through to desserts is A1. The wine list is suitable for all pockets from 24 euro to whatever you would like to pay. There is... More

Having the good fortune of looking down on the outdoor terrace of this restaurant from my hotel room next door, my interest was piqued by the many diners who, night after night, seemed to be having a wonderful time. Finally, I went myself for Sunday lunch and had the three course meal. Each course had about four options. Before they... More

We came here on a Sunday as the majority of restaurants were closed on Sunday. Service and setting was fantastic. We thought the restaurant lacked a liitle atmosphere as it wasn't very busy. The food was good but not outstanding. We had to have the 3 course menu as it was Sunday and the 2 course menu wasn't available on... More

We ate here a few years ago and it was good: now it is great. A hot Sunday evening in June (originally booked because they are open on Sundays). One eats in the garden. Quite a posh place, but with attentive staff who tailored the service perfectly to our needs (and put up with our poor French without trying to... More

The best part of this restaurant is the setting. It has a small, nondescript entrance way that opens into a wonderful courtyard. We sat outside and enjoyed the facade of the cathedral in the background amid the high hedges that kept street noise to a minimum. We both had starters and main courses. The foie gras was excellent as was... More

Got in late on a Friday night and went with my daughter, manager was very nice and unflappable, food was good and the service prompt. €150 for three with a fixed price menu with wine; it was good value and a very pleasant setting. Great place - go if you get the opportunity. We saw the Garden but weather just... More

The location, atmosphere, staff and food are all wonderful! Have eaten here many times and have never been let down. Sitting in the outdoor garden is the best place to be when the weather is nice. Really extensive wine menu.

This restaurant is near Place de la Canourgue which is lovely but can easily be missed. Ambience very good, great local wine list, food tres bonne and the service was good. We found it late in our visit to Montpellier so could not go back which was a bit disappointing. Rating 15/20.

The restaurant is part of a Relais et Chateaux hotel and looks very appealing. We sat down twice in the garden of Le Petit Jardin. Quietly situated in Montpellier. Once you sit down here, you don't have the feeling being in a large city. We went there twice as we very much liked it. First time for lunch, second for... More

Le Petit Jardin stands out in the crowd of restaurants in Montpellier. The food was excellent, best dinner experience I've had in the city. Service was friendly, professional and fast. Lovely relaxed atmosphere in the outside courtyard. Could be a good idea to make a reservation beforehand as it's a popular place.
