Good food in a lovely location

Ate here on our recent stay in Collioure as had been recommended by previous guests in the house we had hired. We weren't disappointed - good food and service and a lovely location overlooking the sea. Much better than other places we tried...

Chez Simone was a surprise! Walking through the picturesque village we saw the plates coming out at Chez Simone and we grabbed a table!! Amazing food enjoyed with a fresh Collioure Rose in the sun et Voila - another day in paradise!!

We ate here 3 times over our short stay in Collioure, There was a great range of Tapas, the local beer and wine were excellent and cold. The staff efficient and friendly coping cheerfully with our limited French. There were great views across the bay while sitting in the sun. Would highly recommend.

Tapas bar right on the seafront, with the best view. Great range of tapas, with wine by the pichet. Good quality and great value. Relaxed style and no frills but highly recommended.

Great food; good, friendly service; beautiful view of the seafront. There was a children's menu, and while it didn't have a lot of choice, our kids loved the steak haché. We ate at two other restaurants in Collioure and this one was the best of the three in terms of price, quality of food, and being child-friendly.

Having visited Collioure many times before and never been here we thought we'd give it a go . I would say don't believe some of the negative reviews you'll read on trip advisor as the food was wonderful and we will be going back !

You can't beat this retardant for its location and view over the harbour but for 4 burgers and a salad and a few drinks €96 was a little steep. Great good and service though.

You want to have a marvelous and colorful view of the sea and of Collioure, while eating some fresh and local food, try "chez Simone". Happy and professional service for this tapas restaurant. Not the most tasty, but the best combination of view/fresh-food of the City.

We had the huge privilege to stay ten days in Collioure at a friend's apartment, so we were able to cook most of our meals. However, we did venture out one day to splurge on lunch out. We have six children, one with a nut allergy, so it's always an event. We'd walked the streets of Collioure multiple times per... More

Chose this restaurant because of good reviews. We ordered burgers, which they didn't have, but we got to know this half way down the rosé wine; too late to choose another restaurant. Almost didn't excuse themselves, and we ordered a ham tapas and a collioure salad. The first course came with the side dish "bread with tomato", which actually WAS... More
