We stopped for 1 day in France, (we were on a cruise), and my goal was to have my favorite lunch - a French Goat Cheese Salad. Our visit did not disappoint - it was fresh and accented by delicious crisp apple slices. A perfect lunch on a hot summers afternoon. They seemed a bit understaffed, but they were very... More

Firstly, ignore any reviews that mention tapas! This restaurant DOESN'T serve tapas! It has been bought by new owners and is great. We had the 12:50 menu. Great colliure salad, huge moules frites with lovely sauce. For the price, we haver found anywhere better in town. Yum!

Great pizza (Paysanne) and delicious magret de canard and souris d'agneau. We weren't as lucky with the mussels, overcooked and dry, but the staff was very nice and friendly, and the prices were not bad at all. Recommend it!

Went here a couple of times during our recent short trip to collioure. Nice quality beer and wines, large quality portions of moules/frites and salad platters. Also tried a pizza which was pretty good (but let's face it not a strong French skill). Two young French waiters were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. I suspect they've made some improvements from... More

Had the daily menu special of salad, mussels and frites. The salad was large, fresh and very tasty with local anchovies. The portion of mussels were large and very good! The wine was reasonably priced and we had a wonderful time. I would definitely return to try the other seafood offered as everything looked amazing on the surrounding tables.

This was the first restaurant that we ate at in Collioure. The waitress told us that we couldn't share an assorted dish of tapas even though it was a hefty 18 euros and that we had to order another dish as well. My husband chose a pizza which he was disappointed with. More ping in the microwave than wood oven... More

We too were told that we should be ordering a full meal per person - this is on a quiet day at 1.45pm and were refused a tapas plate to share, so, much to the owner's evident disgust we ordered a few tapas dishes and a pizza - all were perfectly cooked and good. But we did not like the... More

Having sampled some lovely buzzing restaurants in Collioure, we decided one night to try 'Le Tambourin' for tapas. Seriously, take my advise and don't bother with this place. Our tapas platter sat on the pass for 10 minutes while the only waitress in the place was outside smoking and chatting with her pals... By the time she came back in... More

For our last night in Collioure on this visit we decided we needed some comfort pizza! We have been to this restaurant a few times in the past and always enjoyed it and this visit was no exception. The pizzas were excellent - very filling and full of flavour. The service was very friendly. The only problem was the poor... More

We were looking for a simple meal and came across this lovely little restaurant. Pizzas were delicious. I had a vegetarian and my husband a seafood one. Base was light, tomato sauce was very tasty and plenty of topping. Loved it! Washed down with a bottle of rose. Young girl who waited on us was very sweet. We had an... More
