We went without a reservation, but quite early, around 7.00, so managed to get in. The fish was very good indeed, my wife had dorade and I had loup de mer. Good service and well worth paying for it all.

We found this place using Trip Advisor and so enjoyed the food the first time that we went again On the first occasion my wife had emince de canard (duck) and I had dorade (often called sea bream or bass). Both came with a plateful of a variety of individually cooked vegetables and accompanied by mouthwatering sauces. The fish was... More

We were not prepared for the excellent evening we had here. The food was superb & the staff were so friendly and helpful, we went back for our last night & we were not disappointed. Definitely worth a visit.

On a recommendation, my wife stopped by in early afternoon to confirm a reservation for 8pm, and specifically for an inside table, as it was cool out the previous evening. Confirmed. When we arrived just before 8, the waiter said no, we could only have an outdoor table. No, we said, we specifically made a reservation for an inside table.... More

High quality fish lunch next to sea shore beach, just one block away from touristic volume restaurants. Nice decor inside, creative and beautifully set up dishes with great fresh flavours and made of quality ingredients. Comprehensive but well Languedoc covered wine list. The terrace is slightly restless directly next to Crowded pedestrian street, but provides also great place for spotting... More

Six of us went and 5 of us agreed that this was the most disappointing meal we had in Collouire. They really promoted the catch of the day, which we originally were not going to have and when it arrived it was very disappointing, it tasted like farmed fish. The restaurant was hot, stuffy and service was very slow. We... More

The food in Casa Leon is good. However, the service during our night at Casa Leon was very slow. I ordered a soup as a starter and I saw it was ready to be served. It took 15 minutes before the waitress brought me the soup and by that time it was almost cold. The same happened to my desert.... More

We went to this restaurant with a lot of expectations based on reviews. Although the restaurant is not on the list of suggested Michelin restaurants, we still decided to try. The first dish was octopus and .... a - surprise it was chewy, smelled funny and tasted real bad - definitely not the 1st or even the 2nd freshness you... More

We had the parillade of fish and each and everyone of them was truly delicious. The octopus to start is a must. The location is also convenient - avoid the restaurants on the front of the beach in favor of this one also close - and then get an ice cream for the view! Casa Leon is a good restaurant... More

Mon dieu but the menu is only in French! English is spoken though. The wine list is quite exhaustive and ranges from relatively inexpensive to very pricey. Pate and local hams are excellent as were desserts. Meat looked fleshy enough and no one was ill after eating it. The fish dishes/platters for two looked fabulous and were eaten with great gusto...
