Having eaten at some of the best michelin restaurants we can honestly say the whole experience from entering the premises, to being shown to our table and ordering the taster menu was absolutely fantastic. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had the most enjoyable evening despite our lack of the French language. Every dish of the... More

Best restaurant in Carcassonne. A few minutes from the castle and an a really impressive culinary experience awaits you. First rate service and presentation with creative dishes that do not disappoint.

If, like me, you are cynical about Michelin 2 star restaurants being a home for food snobs, and if you happen to be in Carcassonne, then please visit Le Parc! Frank Putelat will not be off somewhere doing a television show, he will not be away opening another restaurant, he will not be in the USA foul mouthing a struggling... More

I have been here for lunch and dinner on a number of occasions over the past several years and I have found everything about Le Parc to be superb. This is hardly surprising from a 2 star Michelin restaurant, but the attentivness of the service is unfailingly of the highest standard and the food is always top-notch and very original... More

Went for the set lunch during our stay in carcassonne. Lovely setting on the terrace with very knowledgeable and attentive staff. Bit of a lottery as i had no idea what i was eating most of the time but superbly cooked and presented. Accompanying wines and apperatifs a bonus. Well worth a visit and very reasonable price for a michelin... More

very good indeed - smart, modern cooking, inventive and interesting. Elegant modern dining room and terrace. A very pleasing Michelin experience. The business lunch menu is quite a bargain at 30-odd euros, at this level of cooking. Been three times now, and also had the 80-odd euro taster menu at lunch time which is also good value.

We were staying near Carcassonne and asked our host to recommend somewhere for lunch, having visited Le Cite in the morning. He rang and reserved a table for us, and wow! We walked down the hill from the Castle ( though there is parking here which we hadn't realised). We ate on the terrace, beautifully situated, and had a delicious... More

Stayed at the Le Parc Hotel for 4 nights. Booked the jacuzzi suite and was very impressed with the standard of the room, the facilities and the quiet secluded nature of the suite. Room service exceptional and the reception staff were very warm and welcoming. We ate in the restaurant Franck Putelat on 2 occasions. Once for dinner, which was... More

I had visited this restaurant some years ago and enjoyed it. On the return visit for lunch I was very impressed how far they had come. The lunch menu was well considered and the cutlery and tableware excitingly modern. I chose the cabillaud which was cooked to perfection and nicely complimented by some stunning wines. The whole meal was a... More
