Great Value Dinner at €22

We ate dinner in a lovely atmospheric garden. The cold tomatoe soup with basil sorbet was fantastic & a really good goats cheese salad. The duck cassoulet was nice but it was probably better to share this and also have the fish option. Ice cream lovely but the tarte tatin was a little too sweet... read more

Pretty surroundings but the totally disinterested service really lets this place down. We waited over 20 minutes for a menu and had to wave and try hard to get the attention of a waiter or waitress as the dinner went on, and it was not busy. Towards the end of the meal we realised that most of the staff were... More

This restaurant is not easy to find as it is tucked away off the street and is accessed via a passageway next to another restaurant. We dined here twice but due to the weather we had to sit inside both times so we could not experience the garden of its name. The staff were very attentive and helpful and spoke... More

What should have been a beautiful night was totally ruined by very poor service we waited 30 minutes for a drink 1 hour for and entree and 1 hr for mains then cancelled my dessert as we were in for another long wait ,the disappointing fact was everyone else who came after us were served before us...

You have to search this restaurant out a bit because it does not have an outdoor patio on the street. Go through the small front door and the inside café and you are transported into this utterly lovely hideaway walled garden. I felt like I had stepped back in time because it was so tranquil. The food is delicious. We... More

I am surprised to read two recent reviews which were so negative. We booked a table at this lovely restaurant last week, dinined in the garden and the waiter could not have been more polite and helpful - add to this, I enjoyed one of the best creme brulees I have had in a long time. Everything else we ate... More

Great atmosphere in Carcassonne Old Town. We had a delicious cassoulet , goat cheese salad, creme brûlée and a very reasonable house wine, service was excellent . Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner

Twenty minutes without a menu, we ask politely for outside table ,but they refuse to do so. Other non -asian customers have their menu right after they enter the restaurant, and they have no trouble having the outside seats. Really unpleasant experience.

You can sit inside and outside for meals. There were many empty tables outside but they didnt allow us to sit outside until we asked politely for many times. They didn't even give us menu and we have sat there for more than 20 minutes! Nice environment but very bad service and attitude toward customers was VERY unfriendly and rude.... More

We had a group of six dine for a late dinner at the suggestion of some hotel staff. The food was amazing. The house wines are reasonable. The staff speaks very little English but it's enough to get by if you know a little bit of French. There were items my party couldn't consume due to allergies and they were... More
