the worst restaurant i saw in france during my trainees between bordeaux and carcassonne, it was not our piece of cake... my girlfriend was ill, never again in carcassonne we will try another one next time.

The choice of crepes/pancakes is enormous. Small restaurant which ensures a more intimate dining experience. Service very slick and good value for money. Would definitely recommend it to any of my friends who were visiting Carcassonne.

Words are simply not adequate to describe our dining experience at Le Ble Noir on May16th. If you are in Carcassonne, you simply MUST eat here. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and the service is excellent.
