Great place

Very nice restaurant just a few minutes away from the castle. Service was a little too long but the food was interesting and creative. Another great experience in Aigues Mortes!

With a population of less than 10,000 residents, Aigues-Mortes seems an unlikely place to find a restaurant that is as modern, innovative and aspirational as Boem clearly is at the moment. This is a small restaurant that is right at the top of its game putting out some wonderful regional cuisine showing deftly handled Asian/fusion influences. The menu is small... More

If you wanna eat here make a reservation. This is a very popular restaurant in the area, and absolutely worth of going. It's decorated with most beautiful sense and it's really peaceful and romantic. Food was delicious and also beautiful. We almost didn't want to destroy that piece of art... 5/5 -Maria & Christian-

Boem came highly recommended from Lydie Laroche at the Oliveraie de Paul where we stayed for a week and I have to say Boem did not disappoint. Its a cosy place next to the canal. But the food itself was amazing, only a small menu with 3 starters and 3 main dishes to choose from. My wife and I had... More

I booked Boem partly for location - seeking that Camargue marsh feeling - as it appeared to be right on the canal. Actually while there is a sort of waiting seating area by the canal, the main dining terrace is on the other side of the road. Here you find an eclectic mix of decor from low slung white sofas... We have not eaten here for a couple of years. It was good; now it is great. Obviously, any review can only cover the day of the visit. That's relevant here as the menu changes frequently, and the website does not show it accurately, although it is a fair representation of what to expect. Essentially, it is a small but... More

We made a reservation for dinner and were seated immediately on the edge of a beautifully decorated terrace. However, the restaurant is located by the canal and there were a lot of mosquitoes, so we had to move to a table that was closer to the indoor part of the restaurant. Unfortunately, we ended up having to cover ourselves with... More

Great atmosphere and lovely well cooked food. Interesting and tropical feel to this place. We had dinner in June at the end of our holiday and wish we had gone here right at the beginning!

We started lunch with really good goose liver starter. I wish we had stopped there. The following courses were not bad, but when our main courses arrived I was given salmon rather than have and my husband's steak was not filet. If some explanation had been given it would have been excusable. But there was no explanation and the service... More

Delicious, fresh, inventive Fusion food. Every time we come back, we wonder why we don't come more often. Highly recommend
