we had to wait a long time before the waiter took our order, and we'd been in the restaurant for over an hour before the starters finally arrived. then the main course took so long that we were looking for a member to staff to cancel the order when it finally did arrive… and it was lukewarm. the staff were... We had walked out of Aigues Mortes to the basin and decided to walk out a little more, we came to Boem at about 11 and thought that a coffee was required, we were also curious to look around as we'd clocked the restaurant on Tripadvisor reviews. Coffee was good and the menu looked interesting as advertised as "Mediterrasian" Unfortunately... More

Boem is a wonderful little restaurant with nice decor, good service and delicious food. Fresh mediterranean ingredients with an Asian touch. Not much choice on the menu as it's all fresh but that's a good thing. This was not our first visit and we will certainly be going back again soon

We travelled by boat to the Canal Hotel that recommended this restaurant. While the menu was too small, the food was excellent and the value was very good. It's out of town, so quite quiet. Worthwhile.

Loved the interior, beautiful and filled with locals, dressed for dinner, a great sign. Service was ok (had better) but really rate the food and would recommend. Foie gras was amazing, cheese to end super.

Don't know you would find this excellent little eatery unless as like us you were staying at the nearby Hotel Canal. Very young staff, very imaginatively decorated, very small menu (this is a good thing). Certainly not a cheap meal but the best food we had in France in a week.

We came here on recommendation from the Canal Hotel, where we had seen a sample menu. The menu on the night we came was just as good, the food was delicious and beautifully served. Service was quite slow but it was no problem to linger in such pleasant surroundings. Very good value, we paid 86 euros for quite a substantial... More

First impressions were very good, the restaurant has great atmosphere. We were a party of 8 and could not sit outside, but inside was just as nice as it was cool. The food sadly was not good on the day we ate there. Didnt eat there again despite proximity to hotel.

We were 9 for dinner and each and everyone of us agreed, it was amazing. The service was a bit slow but we were on vacation and in no rush... Just a warning, the portions are big but it was so good that none of us left any food in our plates and we all had dessert (other than one).... More

A wonderful dinner - sort of a French/Asian fusion. The owner/chef is very inventive. Not only is the food delicious but the decor is unique.
