An experience

This isn't the normal kind of restaurant that I go to. We were taken here as a guest to a company we were visiting. The food was good, wine was fantastic, service attentive and polite. Faultless. First and foremost, let me boldly underline that service was no less than... 5-star ! Staff was efficient, kind, discrete, multilingual. Food was definitely good but also a bit too classical to my taste. Very French actually, but in such a way that it somehow looked like a caricature of French cuisine. Good, but without the wow effect...

This was our splurge dinner for the week we were in Paris and we were not disappointed. We sat right in front of the window overlooking the street and were treated like family. It was pricey, but we had a superb wine and without a doubt the best sweetbreads either of us had ever had, and my monkfish literally melted... More

We booked to celebrate our anniversary and we both had forgotten our glasses as result we couldn't really read the fine print that made up the menu. However we chose the option to let the chef decide and it was a brilliant choice, food was excellent, wine as well and the service impeccable. I can't remember the price, it was... More

A very trendy and classy restaurant located in characteristic very beautiful ancient house (the stairs well compete with the Amsterdam house one ....). Elegance can be the word that carachterizes this place, the ambiance, the maitre, the food and obviously the clients Food excellent and innovative, wine at the level Very nice small private rooms perfectly suited for a business... Very nice and professional service. Food very well presented and great mix of tastes. Best ris de veau I've ever had. Bit pricey if you add aperitifs and coffee. Nice decoration in tune with next door castle.... Will go back.

On a trip to the Palace of Versailles, we stopped at L'Angelique for lunch. The food was delectable and the service was impeccable. It was definitely worth the stop!

I was not happy with the dinner I had at this restaurant. I have to say that the Menu Carte Blanche with wine (104 euros) is a rip-off. Actually, the dishes you are served are not something special the chef invented for the evening. They are all in the menu. So technically, they are serving half portions of everything: 2... More

Since i've been with 25 colleagues I have to say that food wasn't extraordinary as I imagined. The rest has 1 star Michelin. Have to try it again cause probably they reduce the quality for that occasion.

This dinner represented my husband's and my "splurge" dinner while in France. No disappointment. My scallops were perfect and my husband's fish proved equally good. The recommended wine was delicious. Reservations are recommended and we reserved about two days prior to our arrival. Our bill ran about $350 USD but it was a special dinner. All the desserts looked fantastic... More
