Reviews are accurate

I often think that Trip Advisor reviews are overly generous compared to Yelp reviews but this place definitely deserves the 4 stars. The food was great and for the non-French speakers, most of the staff spoke some English.

Yes, they have them in Paris, Cancale, & Tokyo but it's not a chain. This one is a welcome break to shopping. The galettes are delicious and the dessert crepes are light & flavorful. The caramel sauce should not be missed.

If you are going to eat creps in Paris, you have to have them in here. Best creps ever! But creps are just part of a wonderful Breton menu. Breizh secret is in its ingredients; fresh and high quality. Their cider list is a perfect complement to a fantastic meal. Your main problem would be to decide what to order.... More

Cafe Breizh specializes in crepes from Breton. The savory crepes (called sale - with an accent - salty not dirty) are made from buckwheat. This is called ble noir. It is truly gluten free and delicious. If you cannot get into the cafe because you did not make a reservation, step into their shop next door and get your meal... More

We came here without a reservation and had a baby in tow. They were completely full but told us to wait a minute and they were figure something out for us. They quickly came back and told us to go next door to their little store and we would be helped there. We were a bit confused but went next... More

Although we'd heard of Breizh, we didn't think we'd be able to get in, full schedules plus the need for reservations just made it not workable. So we were pleasantly surprised to stumble on Breizh at 3rd on Friday afternoon, when there was a line of 10-12 people being taken on a first come first served basis. We waited about... More

We had some salty crepes which we didn't find to be exceptional but then we had the sweet ones and they were amazing. There was one with Japanese ice-cream, it was the best!! You have to try it. The flavours go together so well.

We had lunch in this very popular cafe. The galettes were exceptional - great fillings encased in a tasty crepe. The Breton ciders are a real treat and threaten to steal the show. Friendly and efficient staff in a buzzing atmosphere. Fantastic.

Simply the best crepe I ever tasted. Simple outside and charming inside. Friendly staff, good drinks, and a good price.

Staying in Le Marais

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
