This was our first ever dinner cruise down the River Seine and we were very excited. We booked very last minute (the day before) so were worried we may not have booked with a very good company. But from start to finish it was truly great. The boat itself is beautiful and has a lovely charm to it. The service... More

Lovely experience! We had dinner aboard of this cruise on December 24th 2014 and I must say you can't regret it if you book yours! Atmosphere is welcoming, food is delicious, fresh, carefully made and abundant, good wines... And the cruise itself is simply fantastic! No speakers to tell you where you are, just soft music played on the background... More

Dinner cruises are not something that normally sound attractive to us. But based on the reviews here, we had dinner on Bateau le Calife in early January. It was a wonderful evening. The evening we dined, midweek, we were on the top deck which was about 1/2 full. (The lower front deck was occupied by some organized group - I... More

The evening on Le Calife was the highlight of our week-end in Paris and well worth the effort in making the booking. Although you can provisionally book on line, I then had to telephone from the UK to give credit card details for the deposit. Luckily the lady on the telephone spoke very good English, certainly better than my French!!... More

After much research, I decided to book this boat tour to help me and my husband celebrate our anniversary in Paris. It surpassed our expectations. The boat is beautiful with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were lovely and friendly. The views were spectacular! Pulling alongside the Eiffel Tower as it sparkled was the icing on the cake. I was apprehensive... More

This is a beautiful old boat and I loved the atmosphere inside, with the space only being only lit by candlelight. After looking at other dinner cruises, this one was the most intimate. The staff who helped me book from the US were really amazing, holding my booking even though i was having credit card problems and they had other... More

This is the stuff romance is made of... the boat was beautiful, the city at night was magical, and the food sublime. Service was attentive but not overbearing, and we were greeted by name as we came aboard. I simply can't say enough about how lovely an evening we spent at Bateau le Calife. We will be back.

Went on the calife dinner cruise in summer 2014 with my boyfriend. The food, drink and service was great, but nothing can beat the journey down the Seine and passing the Eiffel Tower during the light show.

My husband booked up dinner on this boat to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cooking and the warm and decorative environment. It was lovely, and I would definately recommend it to others. We had a really enjoyable evening especially the cruise and the champagne!

The cruise was very nice, with great service and ambiance. The food was good, not exceptional, but I think you take this cruise for the experience, not the cuisine. It was a bit rainy when we went, but you could still see lovely views and it was exactly as we had read - you arrive at the Eiffel Tower just... More
