Wonderful!

We heard good things about this restaurant! All true! Excellent food of great quality. Make your reservation for around 16:30 -17:30. The friendly staff and owners have more time to acknowledge you. So much food! The staff were very accommodating as we wanted to be sure of a gluten free meal. The waiters/waitresses were a little slow in bringing wine (or forgot) and misheard our choices of desserts. Perhaps due to not having dedicated waiters for each table. I didn't feel it was as relaxed a meal as we've had in other... More

We went to eat here based on TA and Yelp reviews, but I can't see why this restaurant has great reviews. The lighting was so bright I thought we were at an American Chili's or TGIFridays. The meal from beginning to end was just ok to poor. At traditional French restaurants, they serve dinner leisurely as several courses. At APSO,... More

According to a lot of recommendations, we picked this restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday and it went far beyond our expectations. The staff which were the owners (cheff and his wife) were great and the meals and a wine were delicious. For the starters we ordered a foir gras and then a duck breast and a duck leg. Everything... Normally, neither I nor my women would order duck. We.picked this restaurant based on proximity and ratings only to realize that they basically only have duck. So we gave it a try and it was by far the best duck I've ever had. We tried 4 different dishes, the duck with Apple 🍎 was the best. The desserts were average.... More

We had both the fresh foie gras with the sea salt and confit of duck. Both of these dishes were wonderful. I had lovely bottle of bordeaux from St. Emillion region. Since the wine was several years old (2006) I asked for it to be decanted. The owner came and explained to me that she had the new glasses by... More

Warm welcome in this cosy place that smells the authentic French cuisine. Many specialties from the south west of France, food and drinks are offered there. The foie gras was very good, as well as the confit/ preserved goose! Yummy! Beautifule wines list from Madiran, a full bodied rich red that matches perfectly with the regional cuisine. An excellent expresso... More

We came across this place by chance. We thought the toasters on the tables looked interesting :-). We have never been made to feel so welcome in any restaurant. We went both nights that we were in Paris and felt like we were part of the family, Chantal the owner made us feel like we were at home. We will... More

Duck was delicious we highly recommend the duck with orange sauce. Staff was very friendly except for one who pointed at the waited line though we mentioned that we already made a reservation, how ever this was taken care of quickly by another staff who was much friendlier, wine was amazing, ask the waiters recommendation for wine

My wife and I were last here in May 2014 and thought the restaurant was superb. We had dinner on our first night back in Pairs and it is better than ever. The restaurant has been redecorated and the menu updated, but all of the standards are the same. The cassoulet is absolutely outstanding. The service was perfect and the... More
