Quack quack!

If you like duck, this is your spot! If you don't, too bad. It's pretty much the only thing on offer. But oh how delicious! Service (French and English spoken) is friendly, bustling and professional. WOW!!!! We were just walking past the door, and it looked interesting. It was SO MUCH MORE!! So friendly, so kind, so good and not only that we had more food and wine, of much better quality and it was cheaper than the OK restaurant the night before. We have booked to go back tonight. The owners are from the... More

Excellent duck and Foie gras at reasonable price. The portion was huge so don't over estimate your capacity by ordering too much. We walked in Au Petit Sud Ouest for a late lunch and ordered the Foie gras 3 ways to start. Huge pieces fresh and semi-cooked Frio gras came first, followed by 4 large pan fried pieces with apples.... More

My husband and I ate here last time we were in Paris, you MUST book as it is usually full, we tried to walk in 3 nights in a row before they had a spare table. We had different foie gras starters and a delicious duck breast main, it is served perfectly crisp on the outside, pink and juicy inside,... More

If you love Foie Gras or Pate plus all things poultry, this is the place for you!! Toaster on each table to make toast points- they take this seriously!! A nice menu besides, but poultry is King here. A very complimentary wine list. A lot of fun!

1. Staff was extremely friendly, and gave excellent suggestions as we had no idea what each dish was. 2. This was my first time eating Foie Gras, and their fresh starter was simply delicious. 3. Confit was cooked to perfection. Only complaint I had was that the duck was too fatty. My friend had the goose, which is rather uncommon... More

My friend and I ordered fresh foie gras to share for starters. I picked the goose leg confit and it was very well roasted with crisp skin and optimal amount of fat. It was worth the wait and the entire dining experience was pleasant

Au Petite Sud Ouest was booked (easy from their English friendly web-site) for our final meal in Paris and it did not disappoint. Close to the Eiffel Tower, it allowed for an easy walk and photo op at the Tower. If you dine at Au Petit Sud Ouest, come with an appetite for foie gras, duck and of course, wine.... More

My husband and I visited Paris last year. And we booked this restaurant and experienced the best Foie Gras. The food here was really good and service was fantastic. If you are in Paris this restaurant is a must !

My fiance came across this restaurant while we were searching for a place to have dinner for the one night we were in Paris. We are glad we found Au Petit Sud. I am not one to rave about having duck on the menu but this was by far the best duck i have ever tasted. I will definitely recommend... More
