We stumped upon this restaurant while searching for a place to eat. Glad we hadn't read the reviews before. Otherwise we wouldn't have tried. We come from the San Francisco Bay Area where there is no lack of good Indian restaurants. But this one is by far the best we've had and we have eaten at a lot of Indian... More

Went to ratn after a long day of shopping., totally famished .. Excellent decor, superb service and amazing food.. You can't say it's home away from home because it's formal but the food is really nice.,. Luckily we had dressed well to go there or else would have felt little out of place.. I go to Ratn for dinner every year I'm in Paris. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is authentic and worth the price. The portions are good for sharing with another person. The wine selection is very good. The service is excellent and attentive. I suggest making reservations because the restaurant is small and very popular.

We went to Ratn restauarant in champs elysee while we were in Paris holidaying! I strongly recommend you go to RATN!!! We arrived at 10:15 pm without a reservation and asked for a table. We were asked to wait. There were 2 tables for 2 free. Then a group of 4 arrived (with chauffeur and limousine) without a booking and the waiter obliged a lady to change table twice to accommodate them. Very very TERRIBLE Sleep empty stomach but don't go there. If still u wanna try going on some good reviews. Then be ready to shell out more than a 7 star for not even 7% worth.
