This was my second visit to El Unico and the steak was equally as delicious and tender as my first visit! We were a shocking forty minutes late for our reservation and fully expected to be turned away. However, we were shown to a table and while we took our seats embarrassed and apologetic, the waitress gave us our menus... More

On a trip to Paris in June 2014 we had a lovely lunch here. We shared the empanadas for starter (17€ for 3) followed by the menu de jour (steak, drink and a coffee) also 17€. The empanadas were delicious but overpriced. The menu was excellent value but the a la carte was a lot more expensive. The menu is... More

We had a fabulous time at Unico and sooo enjoyed the steak, Malbec and desert. We had great service from a very charming Argentinian lady and she forgave our poor French language and then spoke English for us.. I will definately come back, great thumbs up...

Second time here in a couple of months. I shared empanadas with my friend then got asado: delicious!!!!!! Best meat I had in months! Asado 30€, empanadas 17€ plus good bottle of wine = around 60€ per person. Worth it! Friendly & professional service. Unico remains one of my fave spots

Food is decent but waiters are not very friendly. They do not have any sort of mustard claiming that in Argentina you do not eat meat with mustard but actually who cares about this nasty comment from a waiter who almost forgot that she's serving food in Paris? Expensive food and certainly not the best I will not return!

Discovered Unico thanx to a friend. Vintage and warm ambience. Good service with typical argentinian accents :-) We shared the entree of the house, so rich that we changed the main course. Don't miss the empanadas!!! We shared then a tasty argentinian meat. Incredibly tender and tasty. Wide range of wines are mostly from South America. Prices are absolutely affordable... More

It became a ritual, we have just celebrated a birthday at El Unico this Monday. Every year the same: empadanas, filet, dulce de leche volcano and a Malbec. One can question the decoration, the packed room, the toilets -a former refrigerating room-, and the need to be on time at 8pm! Now for what maters, the best beef in Europe,... More

A fun place. People are a bit packed in, but still room to breathe. We had ceviche which was tart and very fresh. Both our steaks were tender and delicious. The sauces (aoli, chimmichuri, etc.) added to the flavor. The potatoes were fabulous. Not cheap but a memorable meal in Paris.

I went to el Unico for a late lunch. The service nice and the food was great. A lovely big piece of meat and a okay dressing + really tasty french fries or rather pieces of potato prepared like french fries. Included was also a very small glass of wine. I would go back to el Unico any time!
