Charged 68 euros for 2 plates of plain pasta with no meat nor seafood nor vegs for my 2 young boys, and without informing me in advance whe I asked for something simple for the kids. If I have known I will be charged such exorbitant price for the kids, I would have just simply ordered a main course from... More

This is a great experience for wine enthusiasts, Go for the set menu where they bring you the wines and then pair the foods with the wines. It is a lot of fun to not know what you are going to eat but do know what you are going to drink! If you have any food allergies/restrictions, just tell your... More

Part of the average review is that it is very pricey and I did not get what I was expecting. Part of that is my fault for not understanding the concept clearly but, the restaurants execution was not that great either. It is a restaurant where you pick your wines and they match the food to it. I thought I... More

Came here for a nice meal with my wife on our honeymoon. The service was impeccable and very friendly. We were welcomed with Champagne as a congratulations - very nice touch. The concept of the restaurant is great. You select the wine type you want - when we were there it was French wines or "Wine of the World". The... More

Actually I wanted to give Il Vino 3.5 stars. My reservation with Qui Plume La Lune was canceled out of my control. Fortunately, I'd booked Il Vino before and hadn't cancelled so it served as my Plan B. The menu with 4 courses with 4 glasses of wine costed 95 euros which for me was very good value for money.... For our 10 year anniversary my husband took me to Paris for the weekend. For our main meal out we chose Il Vino based on a recommendation by a work colleague. They were spot on it was perfect. Ok not cheap our "8" courses with wine costing 266€ but I think it was value for money. Appetiser, pre-starter, starter, fish... More

Alone in the restaurant in a deserted city, we were first a bit concerned by our choice. Well, it's Paris August... Our concern did not last long at all as the service was impeccable, and the food and wines were astonishing. Lunch sets (starter+main course / main course + dessert / 3-course) below EUR 40 represent to me great deals... More

We celebrated our 14th anniversary in Paris last November by going to this fabulous restaurant. Hubby took pains to ensure that we got a place at the restaurant and that they would also be able to accommodate our two young kids especially since we told them that we came all the way from Malaysia. Enrico Bernado was there on hand... More

Sleek modern interior with very attentive staff. There is one menu with a choice of either French and Italian wines or world wines which is slightly les expensive. This is definitely a place for wine lovers. The food is very good but straightforward (a rather small Michelin star I would say) but the wines are excellent. We had a few... More
