The ramen over here is pretty good, but the yakisoba is very very tasty. The people who worked here are not Japanese, but Chinese since they all speak Mandarin. I can understand why the waiter/waitresses are not the nicest people, because they are very busy (place was full all the time everytime I passed by). However, the waiter who served... More

Friendly staff and very good food. I was annoyed about them not taking credit cards or ticket restaurant when I visited. Now they take Cc payments so that improved at least :)

This noodle place compared favorably to ones I've visited in Tokyo. The gyoza were tasty and the service was prompt and brisk, just like in Japan. The noodles seemed authentic, the broth was good and the ratio of vegetables to noodles (way more of the latter) was exactly what I expected. Ramen makes a great foil to a few days... More

This ramen was exactly the same as in Japan and it was brought quickly when I ordered. My favourite one was gyoza but it pretty expensive, €5.

A bowl of noodles with hardly any vegetables or meat for 9€. I am a fan of soup but this was not worth the money- lots of grease and flavourings to make up for the lack of variety in the soup. When I questioned this with the waiter, he rudely replied - well that's what you ordered! Worth 5€ max... More

I was very pleased by their ramen. I did try Kotteri Ramen which is the most reputed here in Paris but unfortunately, it was too heavy for me. Here, i tried the fried chicken ramen. It is probably not ran by japanese people , as mentioned in previous reviews, since the staff wasn't discussing in japanese. I was sitting on... More

I'm a bit prejudiced against japanese restaurants run by non-Japanese, and my visit to Sapporo only confirmed my impression. I think they are using instant noodles in their ramen...

There is no Japanese hospitality in this restaurant. They should not use the name of 'Japanese restaurant'. I ordered lunch menu and one big bottled beer, 0.5 L, but they didn't bring a glass. I asked them to bring it again and again but they said, ' Our glass is only for people who order ice tea'. I've never had... More

I loved this place, and wish we had something like this where we live. The service is outstanding, very friendly even on a very busy day, and the food arrives quickly. At night there are lines waiting to get in. The first time I went I had the lo mein, and the second the ramen soup with shrimp.

A late flight home from Beauvais meant that an early dinner was in order and try finding a decent restaurant in Paris that opens before 19:30. So H and I met our friend B at Pyramides metro station to try one of the many Japanese restaurants in the area. Our first choice, Lai-Lai Ken, wasn't open at 17:30 so we... More
