my crave for noodles

I was away from Asia for quite sometime and most of the foreign places I went to had no "ramen-style" noodles. I was craving for noodles (now I want to eat noodles typing this review). I asked my French colleagues (I knew I was going to pass by Paris) where I could find such stuff and everyone told... read more

In the middle of this trendy oriental neighbourhood, we found Sapporo. The price is convenient considering that Paris is one of the most expensive cities in the world. Despite the restaurant is always crowded, we had a delicious meal. We ordered Katsu don ou Oyako don + 3 Gyoza + Petite salade + Soupe $13.90 euros. Ramen + 3 Gyoza+... More

It used to be a nice Japanese restaurant, it was definitely sold to Chinese owner. 1) Chinese staff only both serving and in kitchen. 2)Dishes don't arrive at the same time. 3)Rice from curry rice wasn't fresh. Waiter took rice with his hand to taste it after I commented him it wasn't fresh. Gross.... They changed it. 4)Yakisoba salty, no... More

Stopped by after our visit to the Louvre. Had shoyu ramen, miso ramen, yakisoba, with a side of fried chicken. The ramen was authentic though I've had better. The yakisoba was leaning on the salty side, but the fried chicken took the prize! crispy, hot and tender. The staff were all japanese, lady server was very good, always smiling and... More

If you are looking for a place to eat quickly and don't mind eating in a noisy and small restaurant, this one is good. The ramen bowls are priced around 8-12e and the menus are great since it's about 12-13e for a bowl of ramen + fried or curry rice + gyozas. However it can get really noisy at times,... More

We got there and started to queue to realise that a waiter was having a fight in Chinese with clients who were waiting here forever. We decided to stay anyways and after 10 minutes we got sat in a little corner to discover that this guy wasn't the only one to be unfriendly : the girl who took our order... More

This is not what we waited for while queuing for 15 minutes. Dishes are cold when they arrive on the table, everything tastes the same ... The waiters scream in Chinese in the restaurant. Not authentic and certainly not Japanese style. But not expensive! Don't be foolish like us, I.e. It is not because a lot of people are queuing... More

I have been coming to this street for years for good inexpensive Asian food, but always stayed with my two favorite places, Hokkaido and Higuma. I decided it was time to try something new because there are so many choices on this street. I came for dinner on a Friday night, and as I was on my own I got... More

Went here one day last week for lunch... It was pretty crowded with locals so we figured it must be good! There were a lot of choices on the menu, and the prices were fair... I had an omelette with rice and chicken.. It was really good! Everyone else's food looked delish and we all agreed the food was very... More
