My daughter and I visited the restaurant. No welcome and oddly 5 minutes to make a decision about what to eat. Odd as restaurant not busy and not closing?

We had left Notre Dame and we looking for a place to eat. Since some of our group are vegetarians and we found this place we were thrilled. The non vegetarian s had great meals too. We had lunch, but the menu looked good for dinner too.

My wife and I had dinner this evening at Le Grenier de Notre Dame. I have recently converted to mostly a vegan diet and so I was looking forward to trying one of the vegetarian/vegan restaurants of Paris. The service was ok, although certainly not overly welcoming. But then, that seems to be the norm in many of the high... More

We came on a Monday night and initially only the small seating area downstairs was open which soon filled up and several people were told to come back later in the evening. We were put off by photos on the menu but the food itself was great. Lots of salad and wholefood options. Set menu option was good value. Great... More

Clearly distinguished on the menu. The falafel tasted French! Must have been different herbs than usual. Good soups for a rainy day. You can order as little as you want from the menu, although clearly they prefer you to order more.

I reaaaaaaally wanted to give this place a good rating. It is so cute and I am so grateful that they offer vegetarian food. But the food just isn't good. I took a non-vegetarian friend who had never been to a vegetarian restaurant, really hoping to take her somewhere great for her first veg restaurant experience. When we got there,... More

This great little restaurant has loads of atmosphere just a few minutes walk from Notre Dame. Food is fresh and delicious and really well priced. For example we had Vegetable tart (quiche) and salad for €7.90. Then caramel crepe with icecream and cream for €8. The waiters are friendly and efficient. There is seating inside, upstairs or on the footpath.... More

I had walked by Le Grenier de Notre Dame, on a side street on the Left Bank near Notre Dame, for years without stopping. I always seemed to be heading to more traditional French restaurants in other parts of the city. But on a recent rainy, chilly day, I decided not to venture far from my hotel and, essentially on... We had a very nice lunch, the place atmosphere is nice and peacful, we had a dish of rice, been, weet and salad, and one very good tartar with avocado and mango! It's a bit expensive-paid 3 eu for a cup of tea.

We had a lovely dinner - there were plenty of good things to try on the menu, and it was tasty and filling. The staff were friendly.
