Good but can improve

The staff was just excellent, friendly and prompt to serve the food, even with a full restaurant. Food was great for lunch, huge portions. Tea time was also good except the very dry cakes served with the cafe gourmand. We even had to chew on the ends of the pudding cakes. I won't renew the cafe... read more

We used to love this place. My husband and I both got sick by the steak tartare this week. And last year he got sick from the Vitello Tonato. The menu has not changed in years and if you are a return visitor it is so boring. What was once good is tired and bored and lost it's friendly boutique... More

Me and my girlfriend arrived around 1pm and were able to sit down straight away. We ordered our food, my girlfriend ordered the Duck which was delicious! I ordered the Beef TarTar, unfortunately (because of no fault of the restaurant) I didn't like it, in which they offered me to order something else right away! I took a leap out... More

We went last week when it was cold and could not benefit from the terrace which is beautiful. However the main room has high ceilings with a nice, calm ambience. The service was very good and the food was quite good and very well presented.

Food was very good, service good, views and atmosphere very nice but what really amde the evening was the manager who went out of his way to get us a taxi, spoke to the driver etc to get us to the last light show of teh evening at the Eiffel Tower- tremendous service on his part an thumbs up for... As usual..you need a reservation..and you need to be patient. You won't wait long for your glass of champagne but you can wait your first meal for hours. But it is worth while. it is excellent, right from the "gougère" served only once at the beginning of your lunch. the Chef is GREAT (eric Frechon) so the meals are perfect;... More

Really wanted to like Le Mini Palais - the setting inside the Grand Palais was attractive: one large contemporary room with very high ceilings. My salmon was supposed to be on bed of braised fennel but onions were substituted without warning. Several items on menu not available. Pricy.

After a long visit to the Grand Palais, nothing better that take some time to enjoy a nice meal at Le Mini palais, a great resto- also bar, you can seat at the bar or at the table, and during the warm season you must seat at the terrace is just magic, you feel part of the art history of... More

The restaurant is in an awesome location overlooking the inside of the Grand Palais with ice skating rink. Stylish bar and atmosphere inside the restaurant. Ordered 2 dishes and desserts. Desserts were good yet one of the main dishes (pheasant with foie gras filling) overcooked. The place tries to position itself as fine dining and charges accordingly, this should not... More

Indeed ! Great location, just by the Grand Palais, one of the greatest building In Paris. The restaurant remains opened to service until late (around midnight or so), the food is very decent without being striking, but i have taken people there for late business diners and everyone always ended happy. If you are enjoying a late night walk In... More

Staying in Champs-Elysees

Neighborhood Profile
Champs-Elysees
This area is characterized by its namesake avenue which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern business district, punctuated by the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive offices and presidential palaces; architecture from 19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This neighborhood never rests, buzzing with visitors from around the world at all times of day and night, all within a stone's throw of the Seine.
