You have several choices and one is better than the other! Very tasty but not spicy ... perfect for non Indian palates. I got the lamb from the menu and it was soo good. If you are around the Sorbonne and like Indian food this is the best option!

My 3-course "menu" option (22 euros) was quite disappointing: the main course was a bland chicken in a mild almond curry (Poulet Sabraj) and the appetizer consisted of plain roasted lamb with a salad. In other words, meat and then more meat. You may think I picked the wrong appetizer, but the other options were not very different. I would... More

I was looking forward to a dinner of chicken korma with jasmine rice. Side items are very costly- an order of rice alone was roughly 4 euro, I believe. Anyhow, my chicken was bland. Not awful, but not anything worth going out of the way for. Better and more authentic indian food can be found near Gare de l'est for... More

I was surprised to find such a good Indian restaurant in Paris. It may become a bit pricey for dinner, especially if you order wine but the lunch specials are a steal! They have a 10 and 12 euro yummy lunch special. The place is popular so i would recommend going early or making a reservation.

We ate here in December and enjoyed our meal. I agree with previous reviewers that Indian food fans that enjoy a more spicy, layered flavor in their dishes might find this restaurant's food bland, but I still found it tasty, if a bit a mild. I've learned that no two Indian restaurants make dishes alike, so I'm always happy to... More

Extremely tasty food. I stumbled here by chance not expecting much and I left very satisfied. Portions are not extremely generous, but quality here is more important than quantity. Atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. It's only 2 min away walk from La Sorbonne and therefore the area is quite interesting. Recommended.

This is a small but interesting Indian Restaurant. I had the best Biriani I've had in Paris here, my wife chose a dish which was not very spicy, but just a bad choice I think, nothing wrong with it. Indian food in Paris tends to be quite mild, but my Biriani was very good. I would recomend this place. Interesting... More

We went there by chance, looking for Indian food. it resulted much better than we could ever imagine.. Truly deligthful experience, not expensive at all. Superb cook! NOTE: not for those wanting quantity. However, highly recommended if you want quality, taste and flavor. Very small place, so better make reservation.

Since good French food is increasingly expensive and hard to find in Paris (most is frozen food + microwave), international cuisine is the best choice. We discovered this Indian restaurant, Sabraj, very well located in the Latin Quarter, near the Pantheon, and enjoyed its ambiance and the courtesy of staff. One staff from Pakistan was particularly gentle and spoke Spanish,... More

If this was Indian food, what on earth happened to the Indian cuisine? Did they abolish all the spices? The food tasted like water. Like carton board. Even the lassi was milky, by far not sweet and thick enough. No, this was a real disappointment. The Indian cuisine is famous for bringing one's senses to ecstacy. This was... bleerhh.
