A place to be out of the main street

We passed by this area and was attracted by the quaint feel and the set meal with good value. Ended up, it was our best French mealby far. The food was good & service was excellent.Ambience is perfect and quiet. They were accomodating although we came with a stroller & 1 yo active baby. We definitely will visit again

My family visited this restaurant after exploring Sacre Coeur. It's just around the corner from Place du Tertre. My 14-year-old daughter loved the beef bourguignon. My wife and I shared onion soup, a salad, and duck confit. It was all incredibly delicious! The service was great, and the prices were reasonable. If you're in the area, don't miss it.

Excellent escargot and meat dishes but decor needs some maintenance. Staff friendly and prices reasonable. Small and cosy restaurant.

I loved this place, will definitely be returning if i am lucky enough to visit Paris again! It is a small restaurant with big charm, great food and welcoming staff. You should try one of the specialties, i had the chicken with wild mushrooms and it was fantastic, i wanted to lick the plate because the sauce alone was just... More

Paris is Paris and the cuisine is something to try in special places . This restaurant is very unique! I did not understood nothing from the Manu and they don t explain nothing even because most of the Parisienne don't speak English or simply they don't want to. So ordered things that did not like much!!! This restaurant is an... More

In Paris is very easy to sit in the wrong restaurant. After a great work we found this amazing place. Great food, just thought was a bit cold when come to the table. Overall, the service is good, atmosphere too. The space is very small but is cofy and very traditional. I truly recommend it.

Nice ambience and good service, so a great find if packet soups and tinned cassoulet float your boat, otherwise best avoided.

Hit here for lunch on our 1st day in Paris - brilliant! It can only seat about 12 people and is like sitting in a little dining room. I had the French onion soup (or clearly as we're in France just onion soup!) to start, my boyfriend had the meat assortment; think my choice was better! We both had brilliant... More

If this would've been my last meal I would be satisfied. Its small, simple decor make the ambiance relaxed and easy going but not diluded in simplicities. The waiter was very friendly, attentive to all I needed and offering a wide smile with everything. I can say without doubt that the food was so good I almost cried, but that... More

Staying in Montmartre

Neighborhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colors, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
