Good price, nice meal.

This place is recommended for those who wants to try French food in a budget price. They have like the set menu for you to choose from appetizer, main course and dessert. The price is less than 18 EUR. The water is free if you don't mind the tap water.

This little tiny restaurant is tucked away on the side of Montmartre and has absolutely become my go to place everytime I am in Paris. The duck confit is literally something I can not leave town without having. Having tried to cook this dish myself once, and only once because of it's difficulty, I can truly appreciate the love and... More

This small restaurant is a short distance from the Place du Tertre in Montmartre. We had the three course18 euro menu which is good value. The onion soup was bit thin and the salade nicoise a bit tasteless. Otherwise the food was of reasonable quality.

This place is a must go place in Paris! Cozy, tasty and authentic! The waiter Jean Claude is a delightful person that will help you to choose what you need. Service is a little bit slow but it's because of fresh made food. House wine (Pichet) is quite good! I recommend merlot!

This place must have changed hands. We've eaten here happily for years. This last time it was terrible. How dare they serve bad and I mean really bad food in Paris. They served the worst French onion soup with literally no onions and a nicoise salad that was Inedible. Do yourself a huge favor and bypass this place. . And... More

We found it is the best option for eating in Montmartre. Service was good but a little slow (not dramatically). The prices were really good (the 18€ formule was great) in relation to the quality of the food. The place is well situated but it's small so your experience may vary depending on where do you sit.

Sadly, we didn't enjoy our meal which we found to be bland, of poor presentation and without any flavour whatsoever. We asked for the bill after the first course and went elsewhere for dessert. On the positive side, the waiter was polite. Some might enjoy the quirky decor but I found it too shabby and even a little disturbing.

My wife and I were attracted here because of the beautiful entrance. Inside was just as nice, small but cosy. The waiter was very friendly. The food was good. I had Beef Bourguignon and my wife had Duck Confit. We were both impressed. We went with the recommendation of the waiter for wine and it went very well with our... More

We've visited this restaurant a few times of the years to embrace its very Frenchness. Sadly the authenticity of it no longer out weighs the very tired decor and lack of joie de vive! Good French food and wine still served but the damp on the walls and Christmas decs still about in July need addressing. Sorry to say we... More

Staying in Montmartre

Neighborhood Profile
Montmartre
Montmartre is a bustling mix of cultures, colors, and styles which changes from one street to another. Ride the funicular (or, for a real workout, climb the steps) to the sublime Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) with its inspiring view of the city. The church is surrounded by provincial streets and piano bars where tourists, artists, and street entertainers thrive. At the foot of the hill, Boulevard de Clichy features shops not intended for young audiences, while residences are scattered to the north and east. The diverse population includes a large part from the Arab-speaking world, Africa, and Turkey. It’s a corner of Paris full of life and dynamism with charms that can’t be found anywhere else.
