We just turned up for our evening meal and were found a seat straight away. There was a wide choice of food and wines, the waiter was friendly and spoke in English and French. The meals were well presented and prepared - my salad introducing me to Mozzarella and Walnut which I found very tasty!!!

I'm used to go over there for lunch as well as dinner. I have never been disppointed about this place. The food is really good, especially the salads that I love so much ! The staff is friendly too. This is more visited by locals than tourists. It represents well the Parisian bistrot atmosphere. I highly recommend this place, which... More

We ended up here for a late-night dinner after a long day of traveling. The service was excellent and friendly. They speak English and were happy to recommend a great bottle of wine. We were all pleased with our meals - the local friends from Paris as well as us weary travelers. I would highly recommend the burger and frites!

We had a lovely evening at Le Bistrologue. The food was delicious, staff friendly and a great Parisian atmosphere. The staff kindly translated the menu board for us. Prices for food and wine very reasonable.

We come here for the cheese and bacon burger and the cocktails. We always have a good time; chatting away with the staff and neighbouring tables. Its mainly visited by locals. Tourists do venture in, and that's a great thing. It shows them another side to Paris. The place isn't polished and high end; it is just a "Bistrot de... More

Café & Compagnie had simple and cheaper food, younger clients, cool boss & staff ... To-day local bobos gather at its successor Bistrologue. First they drink a mojito sitting on the long red moleskin bench installed on the sidewalk rue Crozatier. Then they enjoy good and classic bistro cuisine at the large terrace boulevard Diderot. Or find in the school... More

Tourist, do not venture there! No view of the Eiffel Tower. No Edith Piaf music playing in the background. No, "Hi, my name is Sam. I'll be your waiter tonight." No picture menu in 15 different languages, including Swahili. No busloads of jet lagged tourists dosing above plates of uninspired, previously frozen Special of the Day. Just a parisian bistro,... Full of French locals, a good sign. A bit off the beaten track for tourists. We had Gambas and Noix de St Jaques, both excellent. With two glasses of beer, one large one small, the bill was €48.50.

I love French cuisine, but as incredible as it sounds, it is difficult to find autenthic bistro in Paris without the taste of frozen food in your plate. Bistrologue propose incredible food options for a reasonable price, largue choice, for all tastes. The crispy chicken and the burger are a must in this place.

We found this little Bistrot by coincidence. It was very close to our hotel in Gare De Lyon. Atmosphere is really nice, very small so it is better to book in advance expecially during the week ends. It's a tipical Bistrot in Paris with a nice atmosphere and nice food. I definetely suggest the selection they have of Fromages and... More
