I must say that this is one of the best restaurants in Paris! As soon as you walk into this restaurany you feel his charm. Service is excellent, not trasy waiting, which is great! Breakfast was also excellent , every thing is fresh... Best thing I ate in this restaurant is a burger which was sooo yummy, I must say... More

Conveniently located if you are going to see a show at the Alhambra theatre. Our waitress spoke English in reply to our ordering in French so you probably have no worries if you don't speak any French. The menu is written in both French and English and have the usual French favourites. They have a large outside seating area. Service... More

We had a very limited amount of time before we needed to catch the Eurostar back to London, so we explained this to the helpful, friendly waitress who served our drinks very promptly & soon brought out our delicious croque monsieurs (cheese & bacon toasties) - yum! Lovely feel to the café, good service & value for money. Would recommend!

A great place for breakfast. It was our first full day in Paris and we needed a good breakfast. We passed many places with just pastry and coffee, but decided Café Pierre had the substantial breakfast we wanted. I used what little French I knew to greet the hostess and ask for a table for 3. She graciously showed us... More

Close to republique, this is a convenient cafe, but a little noisy as it is surrounded by roads and a bit hot in the sun.

It is a nice place located right by a place de la Republique. We got just something little for drink, but the waiteriss was really nice and the prices are reasonable.

I have been to many brasseries/cafes/bistros in Paris. The decor, menu and prices of this one are similar. However, the service and food are truly atrocious, the worst I have ever seen... A single surly waiter who was entirely unwelcoming at every moment and barked rudely in response to any question. Truly inedible food. Old, cheap smoked salmon with stale... More

I've visited Le Cafe Pierre twice over the years and both times I've had a very, very good meal in a traditional Parisian setting. However the service leaves something to be desired as the staff were quite abrupt and hostile - both to tourists and locals alike (I was in the cafe for about two hours with lots of people... More

We stopped here because it was our first day in Paris. It had an inviting atmosphere. The food was good. We ordered penne napolitaine, cheese burger, club bacon, crepes for dessert that was melt in your mouth, Creme brûlée and a tart. It was expensive due to the fact that we had a bottle of wine too. It was good... More
