Everything surpassed expectations!! Onion soup was exceptional, as was the beef. Desserts were of equal quality.

As usual, first some selective study from tripadvisor and some other sources. So, when staying near Pigalle, decision was rather easy and it was Marguerite. We tried to do the reservation in advance but somehow when stepping in it showed that something had gone wrong (often, when using internet based reservation). After explaining our good intent to have reservation done,... More

This place is now called sacree fleur though it still keeps the same owners and menu. Food is excellent. We tasted the froglegs and escargot which were divine. This place is renowned mostly for meet and the sizzling beef looked delicious. I took the fish cooked in salt and it was excellent. Don't miss this place if in paris.

Absolutely brilliant, everything about this place was fantastic; the service was first class, wine quality and most important, the food was delightful. The atmosphere at Friday lunch was great, packed full of a mixture of couples and business groups. Wafting from the kitchen the smells and sights of copper pans immediately put you in a fantastic mood. I had the... More

Firstly don't be put off by the location, it's been a long time since this end of town lived up to it's old reputation. Everything about this restaurant is fantastic. The setting is intimate (not cramped however) with fantastic timber and brick to give it that real authentic feel. The food was excellent, both my wife and I had the... More

Location handy. Probably the worst in all of Paris. Granted the competition must be very tough yet so many of the restaurants so very good. Excellent in fact. Last night witnessed a customer refusing food because of allergies and with class and grace and apologies took ot back and prepared another entree. Thats class. This place over uses salt. Salt... Seven months after visit I still remember this perfect cuisine. Absolutely amazing Foie gras, delicious Côte de boeuf and very very good Creme brulee - I really miss this set :) Dishes taken by my friends - at least as good as mine. Very good service and good prices. I am happy to recomend this bistro. Hopefully I will be... More

An exceptionally good, quiet, intimate and friendly restaurant.... a highlight of our recent trip to Paris. Prebooking is advised as it does get very full - we managed to get the last table with an hours notice on a Monday evening but it there had been more than 2 of us we wouldn't have had a chance. The menu choice... More
