went there based on the good review from this site. Quite disappointed - old interior decor, small place, smoky environment caused by the tippan. Portion extremely small for the starters, and the cuisine is not delicate at all but purely the taste of salt and soja source. For this price, you can find better if out of that area.

This restaurant is very recommendable, the chef is great, he cooked our fish in front of us, and it was such pleasure watching him, and clearing seeing that he enjoys what he is doing. It was a very pleasant evening, the quality of the food was very good and value for price was definitely okay. I would go there again... More

This is a nice, friendly, Japanese restaurant just off the Champs Elysees. The main focus of this restaurant are the two teppanyaki counters - where friendly chefs create delicious dishes and provide entertainment - try to book a spot at one of these tables if possible. The standout dishes were the foie gras teppanyaki and the scallops. I also had... More

We found it by accident, just walking by the window with the japanese gent cooking something on the grill. Decided to enter immediately. Turned out to be a cosy and crowded place. Very decent lunch menu (19,5?). Big portions! Very tasty and highly recommended spot. Could be considered as a gem, if not the grill smoke all over us after... More

Really enjoyed the place. Make sure you take sushi as starters (very fresh), then you need to try the Foie gras (a killer) and treat yourself some green tea ice cream to end it on a sweet note.

Had lunch here with my sister-in-laws as it had been recommended. Ideal location as it is just off the champs Elysee and rue Jean Mermoz is near the Barclays Bank at F.Roosevelt. We were seated in front of the Chef, who is charming. We ordered different dishes but my favourite was the scallops. the 3 course lunch meal was inclusive... More

Now that i have had the tepanyaki fois gras, i will die a happy woman. Loved watching the chef cook and the other dishes we had were all delicious - 2 set courses and 2 saki and 1 beer came to €81 - not cheap but not expensive for quality and quantity. Definitely recommend

My Wife and myself went to Kokohana and had a great dinner at a reasonable price. As a starter we had Sashimi which was delicious. As a main a fried fish plate which contained Salmon, tuna and a third fish. The taste was very good again.
