I was really craving some stellar, fresh French cheese and knew this place was close by. We booked at table and were glad we did. It's a small venue and every table was full. We each had a salad with charcuterie and cheeses and it was all fresh and lovely, but the two things that stand out are the wines... More

Went here the other night! Slightly remote part of rue de la roquette, in that it's beyond the busy/noisy bars, but it was fantastic. Lovely service, the best bottle of Bordeaux and we had a charcuterie/cheese platter to share between the two of us. Came to about €50. Great value, atmosphere, authentic shabby parís wine and dine.

We stumbled across this place whilst waiting to meet some friends last night and I'm so glad we did. The crowd was lively and friendly, the food delicious, and the wine and their speciality, Calvados, were divine. Lovely, welcoming staff and after 10 there was great live music. It was the best vibe of anywhere I've been to so far... More

My friend took me to this place and I've never forgotten it Near Nation tube, I've not always found it easy to find and it does close in August (I think) for the owners to go and source new cheeses and meats from around France and have a holiday :) Basically it has a great selection of cheeses and wines... We found this place by chance & it was perfect for passing tourists to Paris like us ~ full of local people enjoying life. The owner used to be a wine salesman so he knows his stuff. Sit back, relax and follow his recommendations. And great value at €35 per head for all food and drink including beer wine and... More

This "resto zinc" is amazing! It attracts a great, sociable, smart group of Parisians. This is my go to spot for delicious comfort French food whenever I'm in Paris. The fun and worldly owner Yann (who speaks English) always has fresh, local, and tasty items on his menu. Always take his cheese recommendations (North Americans- please go out of your... More

We pick this place because it was close to our hotel and we find this place from Greece through trip advisor internet site considering the previous comments. Even though we don’t speak any France at all, waiter Flolo was extremely kind and translates the catalogue in English. Many thanks to flolo for her excellent service. The prices are normal for... This is one of the few places I try to hit every time I'm in Paris because I like to support this kind of project and mentality. The young and friendly owner makes it a point to choose high quality wines and food from small producers. The cheese, cold cuts, patés, etc. are delicious. I really appreciate the fact that... More
