Our meal at Spring was amazing. There really aren't any words to accurately describe how much we enjoyed our meal. From the food to the service, Spring is top notch in every way. The food is delicious, unique (in a good way), and prepared beautifully. The service is really something else. You feel taken care of from the moment you... More

Spring is one of those special places that you find only ever so often. I know the reviews for Spring have been outstanding but it was still an unexpected experience where great service and great food took me by surprise. The atmosphere at this restaurant is casual. You will find a modern setting both on the main floor and lower... More

We visited last fall and returned with family and some Parisian friends who never dined here. From start to finish the service, food and wine were superb. Our Parisian friends stated that this was one of the finer meals they have had from the warm oyster starters the the fois gras, to the meat and fish offerings. The menu is... More

From the moment our party walked in, it was clear this restaurant is a well oiled machine. All of us were delighted by the service, exquisite, deliciouss and perfectly executed food, and the fantastic wine pairing handled by the #1 somm in France. Have the tasting menu-we loved each and every course, Nothing else compared to this dining experience while... More

We had a very nice dinner at Spring this week. The oyster starters were good, if undistinguished. The duck and fois gras were delicious (best we had in Paris, and we had a fair amount), and the sole with yellow wine sauce was superb. Wine pairings were great, if a bit pricey at 60 euros a head. Clafouti, berries and... More

It was recommended by my friend and it was no mistake. It offered the fresh seasonal food which made my stomach felt so comfortable. The taste was outstanding. I enjoyed much better than one of 3 Michelin stars in Paris. The staff and service was attentive and warm. Both my husband and I enjoyed and will go back in the... More

Staying in Les Halles

Neighborhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
