My partner and I visited this restaurant on a Friday night. No booking was required and we were seated immediately in the beautiful dining room. Service was great and the limited menu offered an interesting range of seasonal cuisine. The food is delicious!. This is not cheap, but also not extremely expensive for top tier dining and the food and atmosphere... More

Just one street next to the bustling Champs Elysees, this hotel restaurant is found in, yes you guessed it, the Hotel Vernet. The menu is not extensive, but offers seasonal dishes that work, and at lunchtime is reasonable with the 'formules' on offer. As a starter I went for the autumnal vegetables in meat juices with a side of 'moelle'... More

Having decided to return to Paris for our first 'child free' couple of nights away (we have 4 and 6 year old boys) my husband and I were looking for a special (but relatively affordable) restaurant for my birthday. As we had found a super hotel (Hotel Residence Foch) through Trip Advisor, we scoured the site for a possible contender,... More

It's a good and warm place to go, but at breakfast it sounded like we were not welcome. The lady in charge didn't smile at all.

Met the nastiest waitress in my life. I ordered squid stuffed in the cod. Look at the picture below, they served me sea bass and brown shrimp. That's not a problem, mistake happens. However the lady who took the order claimed this dish is squid stuffed in the cod, in a very rude way. Pretended she doesn't speak english, when... More

With almost 7000 to choose from on TA, admittedly our search started close to our hotel, but thank goodness it did. Le Vernet is a completely stunning experience. We opted for the Degustation menu at €125 and can only say it is well worth the money. Attentive staff, happily switching between French and English, knowledgable friendly and efficient, delivered our... More

I had the great privilege to be invited here by my company, we privatised the restaurant. From first entering the hotel, you will know this is a special place. The staff are the finest - couldn't wish for a better reception. The food was excellent and surprising - you really must try this place. It was an honour for me... More
