Living in Paris for 8 years now, this restaurant has been my favourite spot ever since I discovered it. All dishes and dessert are home made with fresh products, the chef is an excellent cook and the prices are very fair considering the location and the quality of the goods. This is an outstanding place to discover classical french cuisine,... More

Always pop in here when I'm in Paris. Good traditional menu. Friendly service. Reasonable prices. And a great wine list with plenty available by the glass.

Really enjoyable place, would definitely go again. Strawberry-tomato gazpacho excellent, very original medley of favors. Beef Bourgogne perfect; entrecôte very good. Mashed potatoes rich, creamy, savory. House red (burgundy?) excellent (earthy, not fruity), house white (Chardonnay) typical/ average for un-oaked. Kids 10 and 12 really enjoyed it as well. Friendly enough staff for our weak French. Very fair prices for... More

We were cheeky and went early without a reservation and secured a table for two, because within a hour it was buzzing. What a brilliant restaurant filled with locals were I believe we had the best risotto with truffles ever as an entree. Followed up veal for me (oops, made a mistake with my french translation and got veal sweetbreads),... More

Right in the middle of town by the Chatelet metro station. Nice selection of organic steaks and classic French dishes including foie gras. Pleasant service, way above parisian standards. Most dishes truly home-made.

We had tried going to this restaurant on a previous occasion but it was packed so we went elsewhere. However, for our last night in Paris we booked ahead and were not disappointed. Each member of staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The menu was interesting and moderately priced, with the portions huge. My companion chose asparagus as a starter... More

We ate here on our first night in Paris and found the staff to be very welcoming and accommodating when dining with out toddler. The mash potato was incredible and the medley of desserts delicious. Lovely wine by the glass and warm but efficient service. Thank you!

My husband and I were looking for a true Parisian experience and outstanding French food and that is what we got! We were advised to make a recommendation and when our table wasn't quite ready when we arrived, we received a small plate of toasts and were invited to drink wine outside. We were seated quickly and surrounded by tables... More

Our first time was a Hit! The Bistro was full of locals and a few of us tourists. It is directly next to the #7 Exit for Chatelet Metro Stop. We had the best food (lunch today for us) that we have eaten in Paris. The waiter picked a fine wine served by the glass. The appetizer was foie gras... More

This food is excellent. If you’re looking for well-crafted French cuisine in a perfectly lovely Parisian atmosphere, you must go here. They know what they’re doing. It’s the first place I will eat the next time I am in Paris.
