A colleague recommended this place having eaten here before. If all you want is steak and fries then give it a go. Price was to be expected given its location but wasn't too extortionate, desserts nothing to write home about, were ok but have had better. It was a Tuesday night and didn't need to book. I asked for a... More

L'entrecote has become so popular that there are now numerous locations including NYC. I have had the privilege of eating at THE original, whites in Bordeaux by the way and the first one in Paris. This is not even close. If you want the true L'entrecote experience then do not go to this one seek out one of the 2... More

They serve first the salad with some walnuts on it. It is really good. Then the famous entrecote with the "secret" sauce. It is really worth it. And french fries as much as you want. All for about 25 EUR if I am not wrong.

Even though our last visit to this restaurant in 2010 was pleasant this time a few nights ago it was bad. Meat was not at all tender and the sauce was more mustard than anything else. On top we had stomach aches all night accompanied with vomiting so that was the last time we will ever visit this place!

That was one marvelous steak, cooked to perfection and very well priced. We sat downstairs which I thought was a bit small, the upstairs was closed

Conveniently located between Les Deux Magots and the Cafe de Flore this place offers only ONE dish, which is an amazing entrecôte with a mouth watering Moutarde de Dijon sauce and great fries. All served by extremely fast, efficient and very friendly professional waitresses.Always a queue since they DO NOT allow prereservations,Thank God!!! Since we were staying at the Hotel Crystal... Don't be put off by the long queue, it moves along steadily! You really go there for the steak and the 'secret' recipe sauce. The salad starter is quite plain and on the warm evening we went, a bit wilted. The steak was tender, but slightly overcooked (we ordered rare and medium-rare), and despite being promised a later second helping... More

Had dinner there with my husband. Ordered their famous L'entrecote steak with sauce and fries, cooked medium. They accidentaly gave me a well done steak, but they replaced it when I asked. Some parts where chewy like bubblegum but the other parts were soft. Taste was good. My husbad ordered for the beef rib worth €25 ( tbone steak) which... More
