Got sent to this restaurant by the 5 star Hotel Marignan, as their restaurant had closed early. For some reason I assumed that ordering a steak in a French restaurant would be fail proof, but boy was I wrong! Never again. Tough steak (mine was medium rare), terrible wine (think bargain bucket, local shop swill) and brisk service. I can... More

When in Paris, you don't expect too much of a good and quick service. But we benefited from both of them here. Apparanteley it is always a long line up at this restaurant, we were lucky and only had to wait for a few minutes. The steak was very good and the sauce interesting and delicious. Happy people around you,... More

L'Entrecote is one of my favorite restaurants in Paris. There is a prix-fix menu that includes a delicious salad with french mustard dressing and walnuts accompanied with fresh bread. For the main dish, you are given a delectable steak that melts in your mouth, and crispy fries. The steak's green sauce is what makes l'entrecote so special. I even recommend... More

This is a typical place for tourist in Paris, no more than that, in any single corner of Paris you will have a much better linch or dinner and half price.

This place only has one entree - steak and frites. Your choice is Mediium (not medium rare) or Rare, sauce or no sauce. It's hysterical but also a good value and very tasty. If you like full bodied reds (hard to find in Paris) try the Chateau De Saurs Reserve Elieze 2011. We tried upon recommendation of the server and... More

Every time we go to Paris, we always eat Entrecote. Once you get thru the line ups, they are quick to serve you their only entree, steak and fries. The yummy sauce with the steak is out of this world. Line up way before dinner time if you want to save time.

For anyone who wants to eat French, this is the place. Forget people complaints about service (French are a very peculiar race), if you want to eat like the French, this is the closest u can get, good quality, reasonably priced. In brief, very close to the standard Parisian lunch or, dinner, ´Entrecôte maître d'hôtel, pommes frites, salade verte, baguette,... More

Ate here with a few old friends while I was in town. The food was perfect. They only serve three entrees, rare, medium rare, and medium. Asking for well done in this place get's you a dirty look. My advice here is that "Medium" in Paris translates to "Rare" in America, so do with that what you will. I opted... More
