Despite a very long long queue (which's actually a good sign) we've finally succeeded to enter this tiny noodle bar. From the outside, the whole kitchen's exposed through the entirely glazed facade. Organized, hygienic and nothing to be shame about. The interior captures any passenger's attention with a simple but original decor. Tiny space, tiny tables and chairs, this place... More

The best udon noodle soup I have had in years - hands down. Kim and Kanye tipped my friend and I off to visit this joint and we were not disappointed. Be prepared to wait or come early before seven, we came just before and there was already a que! Cute and cosy interior with the most friendly and accommodating... More

Lovely very popular Japanese restaurant. Tapas and udon noodles are the specialty! Be prepared to wait or queue for a table, arrive early or before opening to sit right away. Once seated service is quick & food arrives promptly.

We stumbled upon this place while causally walking around Paris, and we were attracted by the decently long line outside. We decided to wait, and our wait was well worth it. Our party of 3 ordered both cold and hold udon, and all dishes were equally delicious. Personally, I would recommend one of the traditional hot udon soup dishes -... More

Expect Long queues so please come early ! They serve rice bowls, udon and tapas like tempura. We had the mixed tempura (shrimps and veg) and it was so yummy !!! Similar to what we had in Japan! Overall, very good food and ambience with Japanese servers and chefs! Really authentic !!

Dishes are overpriced but worth paying for just because there are only a few real Japanese restaurants in Paris. However, the SERVICE!! The worst service ever. Went there several times and last time was the worst. We called in advance to make sure they were open. We were told that 16:30 was the last order. We arrived at 16:00 and... More

Excelent Japanese food prepared by real Japanese people. Their udon and hot dishes are really good. Authentic tempura too! I was amazed by finding that kind of Japanese culinary skills in France.

We visited Kunitoraya two times already and loved it every time. The udon there is so perfect it's unbelievable, two of the best meals in my life ;) You can really feel the chef knows what he's doing. The portions are big and will leave you full. The staff is super friendly too. I highly recommend this place!

You will be a little surprised at the bill when it comes and you're blissfully full of udon that was lovingly prepared and made with authentic ingredients. But you'll be happy you paid what it was worth in the end! Great for quick lunches!
