We visited the restaurant during a visit with the familiy. The restaurant seems very original french and the waiters did everything to help us getting the menu translated into English. The food was very fresh and tasted very nice, though the servings were small and not so well presented. We can recommend to visit this place.

We came across this restaurant in a quiet street in the Alesia neighbourhood. It was late in the night, but the restaurant was still crowded for a Thursday night, which I assume speaks positively for the restaurant. The folks at the restaurant are very friendly and do speak English if French is not your forte. I also like the fact... More

We arrived into Paris early on a holiday, so we wandered the streets for a while before stumbling across this place and even then they weren't open yet, so we stopped for a beer around the corner before coming back for lunch. Due to the holiday, the fixed menu wasn't available, but we each had two courses at a very... More

Visited twice during our stay in Paris. The first because it was over the road from the hotel and easy after a long journey, the second because the first was so good. Lively local restaurant wonderful friendly staff and excellent food. The lamb special is very very good and the profiterole ......my advice ..go and find out, its too good... More

Having had a nice time in March 2013 we decided to go there again this trip. We actually booked using The Fork. We went on a Saturday night this time. It was full but our table was there as promised. The staff really did remember us from last time and we had the same table. The menu gad obviously changed... More

We were directed to this restaurant by our concierge and were happy we had been! It was one of the only places open late on a Sunday, and there was a nice crowd of locals happily eating away when we arrived around 9pm. The servers were among the best we had in Paris, and the food was very good. THIS... More

We went on a Sunday. The staff was patient with us English-speakers (there is no English menu, but that's because this place is legit). Great food, great service, nice place to spend some time.

Back when this little bistro was owned by Stephane Reynard, we lived near Paris and ate here every week. Two owners on, and it's still a great place. Great service, great atmosphere, well-prepared fresh and very french food -- you hear more English, but it's still clearly loved by the neighbourhood. Off the tourist trail.

Recommended to us by the front desk of our hotel, this was definitely the most friendly restaurant my girlfriend and I went to during our trip to Paris. The waiters were extremely friendly and helpful even though we spoke no French, and explained each dish in detail since the menu was all in French and on a chalkboard. They also... More

This restaurant was quite near our hotel and was recommended to us by our French concierge. It was typically French (don't expect menus in English) and we enjoyed escargots, steak and table wine. Friendly service and clearly popular with locals this was a lovely evening.
