I visit Paris often for work and for pleasure. Whenever i feel like having authentic french bistro food, i come here. I am a returning customer. Each time i am satisfied with the service and food.

Went there for Xmas eve dinner and was excited after reading the reviews. Quaint place indeed and not that spacious inside. Ordered the specialty cuisine which is provencale frog, tasted salty and lots of garlic....raw. The wine from St Emillion was good. The log cake we had was horrible.

Absolutely loved our dinner here. We tried traditional food such as snails and frogs legs and were pleasantly surprised at their deliciousness. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The place had a lovely, warm and cosy atmosphere.

I enjoyed my dinner here. Had the fried grenouille - as an Asian who eats frogs legs rather often I must say the standard here is average. However, still worth a visit. The steak was great. Dessert was good. Food wise not something to shout about but service is wonderful. Experience worthwhile unless you are some did connoisseur who only... More

By no accounts is this restaurant of poor quality, but I wouldn't rate it any higher. The service was rude and abrupt, the frogs legs were disappointing (we had better ones at the Vietnamese place down the road), and the snails were drowned in sauce. Also - quite pricey. Worth noting the foie gras creme brulee was amazing though.

Everything is exactly as I remind, a warm, little, lovely place to have a typical French food experience. Fois gras and salmon for her, escargots and lamb. Everything is so tasteful and waiters are kind..

Since change of ownership 7 years ago, this restaurant bears no resemblance to the iconic place previously. The food was appalling, over priced with terrible customer service. There is no longer the friendly ambiance. Apart from a variety of frog's legs, the duck breast was over cooked, cold, served with raw, uncooked vegetables. The rabbit casserole was at least hot,... We've been last night. My wife knew the place since she used to go there with her parents when she was a child. Everything is exactly as she reminds, a warm, little, lovely place to have a typical French food experience. Fois gras and salmon for her, escargots and lamb for me, half liter of Bordeaux and tarte tatin with... More

We went here yesterday evening... I have been there, for the first time, when I was 5 and my dad worked in Paris. I had the idea to come back in this little, beautiful place for years and I couldn't be more happy and satisfied. Everything is so tasteful and waiters are kind. I ate the fois-gras (unique experience!) and... More

Excellent experience in France with the exceptional tastes. Frog legs are cooked with different recipes. It has been in business since early 1930's in this lovely location. Service and people are great and very helpful. Be there if you are looking for a real local destination in the heart of Paris...
