My husband and I eat at fine dining establishments around the world. We are always looking for a hidden treasure. When we came to Paris in 2013, we stayed at the Four Seasons George V. We made a reservation at The Chateaubriand. The concierge at The George V, guest services, and the taxi driver warned us not to go to... More

We had such a great experience here I can't understand any poor ratings. Everyone in our party had the tasting menu with wine pairing ($135€) and it was fantastic. The wine pairings were some of the most creative that I have seen. The food was delicate and wonderfully executed. It is a must return for me

Being the 21st best restaurant in the world creates quite an amazement to attend. However, we thought it is a quite regular place. Not a Michelin Star quality one. The food was good, of course, but it didn't dazzle. Everything was fine but that is not enough when we are talking of such a highly reputated restaurant. It is a... More

I haven't been back in a few years, the menue is more expensive but it's still great value compared to other restaurants in Paris. Food was excellent, surprising combinations but not too fussy. The only dish we didn't enjoy as much was poultry at the end. Deserts were just perfect and the somelier very helpful. Good and quite attentive service.... More

The restaurant atmosphere is more of a bistro, casual but the food is amazing. There is a set menu every night of about 8 courses and you will not be disapointed. You can either find out what you will be eating or you can be surprised. They also try to accomodate food preferences. Beautiful presentations and the service is fabulous.... More

An excellent, fixed price, 8 course menu which was very creative. The restaurant is slightly noisy and bustling with an diverse crowd ranging. Be prepared to not know what you will be eating until it arrives. The waitstaff did a good job of describing each course from the amuse bouche to the 3 entrees and finally the desserts. Servings are... More

Fantastic and beautifully different cuisine. A fabulous experience. Interesting, inventive and unique food, well prepared and beautifully presented. I like that it can only be booked 2 weeks in advance. Great to have wine pairings but not necessary and could be a bit less expensive to have a bottle of excellent wine with good advice from a knowledgeable wine expert.... More

Don't expect big, juicy fillets etc, on the basis of the name. This bustling Parisian restaurant changes its menu everyday, depending on what the chef will find in the market. That night, it was mostly fish and seafood with a little bit of red meat. There is no choice but the menu degustation and you should combine it with the... More

We had high expectations for this restaurant and weren’t disappointed. It has a big, ambitious fixed price menu that is offered with or without a wine pairing. The matched wines increased the 70 Euro menu by another 65 Euros, but I cannot exaggerate how good they were and how unlikely it is that you’d be able to find such wines... More
