It is not any more only in New York but also in Paris, street Montorgueil. We eat there very well, in the beautiful outside(terrace) days, among a young and trendy clientele of the district. Always crowded and noisy, we wait at the counter until the tight tables release themselves. For those who do not need a peace to eat well. A simple and pleasant cooking.

Good authentic food

We had dinner tonight at Little Italy and grabbed a table at the front so we could enjoy the people watching! The waiter (from New York) was great and kept us supplied with water and great bread! As a tourist visiting Paris, I was looking for a menu which also included English. I also wanted to have pasta for dinner. The restaurant seems to be a perfect choice. However, the staff there didn't seem to speak English, even they know how to speak. I didn't feel welcomed so I quickly had my dinner then departed. Overall, the... More

Really wonderful home cooked pasta and lasagne. Loved the bresaola salad. Great for lunch. Quick service and relaxed atmosphere. Appears to be a very popular hangout for the area.

We stumbled across this restaurant in our local neighbourhood on our last night in Paris and it was great. Excellent food, excellent service and great ambiance. We sat outside on a balmy night and just watched the people go by.

Nice, authentic Italian food with great service! We stayed in the Opera district and it was a nice walk to here. I've been there twice and never disappointed.

I love this place! I am surprised at some of the reviews. I have eaten here numerous times and have always had a wonderful meal. If you do not like sitting close to people, this is not the place for you. It does make for fun conversations with people you are sitting next too. When I was their last week... More

We had lunch here - from the outside it looked like a tourist place, but inside it was actually very cozy. The pasta was very good and we had a great lunch here. Would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for some good Italian food.

The food quality was great but the place is rammed to bursting point most of the time. Your table is literally elbow to elbow with other diners. Waiting staff were amazing considering that the place was so busy. Hardly a romantic or relaxing atmosphere but good food is surprisingly hard to find without a reservation and I would go back..!

I got pasta pomadoro. The pasta was well cooked but the sauce was just meh. This place fills up still, so if you are dying to go, go early. The service was nice!

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighborhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighborhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theaters, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
