Description: Pershing Hall is a great restaurant in Paris found in the East Quarter and offers a wonderful ambience during both the day and night. The pretty open air patio (complete with a glass roof for colder times) designed by Patrick Blanc is perfect for breakfasts and business lunches in the sunshine and transforms into a cool bar lounge area from 6pm, a haven for the hip and trendy of the city. The kitchen serves up a seasonal menu which is continually changing and combines traditional French recipes with those from around the world. The wine list is well chosen and features a wide choice from many major wine producing regions of France as well as some rather rare vintages too. Pershing Hall's ambience depends on the time of day: breakfast time is a peaceful time of day whereas lunchtimes become more buzzy and evenings offer a more fun ambience. Sundays play host to a superb buffet brunch between 11.30am and 4.30pm. Enjoy the sounds of the DJ in the lounge bar during the evenings where a large choice of fine champagnes are on offer alongside a great cocktail list and snack menu.

We just returned from Paris and went to this restaurant while on our trip. It came highly recommended as a "scene". While the atmosphere is trendy, the staff was horrible. Our waitress did not acknowledge the other female at the table or myself and only spoke to our husbands. She took their drink orders and did not ask for ours... More

This restaurant is BEAUTIFUL! The room, and atmosphere is wonderful. We especially loved the music, the garden wall and retractable ceiling. We loved the food and the service was great until the end. It is very expensive so be prepared. When we received our bill we were surprised that when we ordered tap water we were charged 18 Euros for... More

If you are in Paris and you are looking to spend a nice evening in the best lounge, the best menu, and the best service in town, no need to ask any concierge, just call for booking and ask for "Hotesse" Veronique, charming voice, always smiling and she will take care of the rest. on June 6th, I was hosting... Very trendy place and nice atmosphere, but then it ends. We were served by a nice girl who had her first day on the job. She brought us wrong food and was not able to give qualified advice at all. The food was terrible. One of my favorites - the veal fillet - was overcooked and tasteless. My wife´s maki... More

I'd requested a balcony table when I made the reservation and was told these were reserved for hotel guests. However, they were brilliant when we got there and took us to a beautiful private balcony table overlooking the vertical garden (which is a cool and unique concept). The martinis and wine were good and asian-fusion food en par with Buddha... More

We were sent to Pershing Hall restaurant by the concierge at our hotel. The restaurant is beautiful but I wish we had been warned that this place is only good to go for wine as even the cocktails were terrible. An $87 bill in my Amex today reminded of our bad expirience ... I guess if the manager had been... More

We book a table with my friends , we are 8 and hoping to eat in the main room where all the photos have been taken in adds . Unfortunately , we have been guided to upstairs where there were tables in front of the bar section. Although the ambiance of the restaurant seems perfect , we couldn't enjoy it... More

Considered one of the hottest spot at the moment, certainly the restaurants has one of the nicest atmosphere in town. We had many delicious starters suggested by the waitress and I had the angus and the chocolate cake. Go for them!!! No regret garanteed! The music they play is also good! All the staff is very kind, but when the... More

We were staying in Pershing hall hotel with my boyfriend, so went to restaurant for dinner. Great atmosphere and music. Amazing decoration with wall made of greens and plants. Lounge music mixed with pop. Quite glamorous place, overall. Menu has enough verity, but stuff was inpatient and snobbish. Basically they 3 times interrupted conversation in the middle without even giving... More

The food didn't taste good, the wine list was sad, the staff isn't discreet at all..the service was inhospitable, and even having been given a very good table within the beautiful atrium (superb wall of living plants, great lightings and all) at some point a dead leaf dropped down... Sadly a poor and WELL overpriced evening.
