Pershing Hall is a great restaurant in Paris found in the East Quarter and offers a wonderful ambience during both the day and night. The pretty open air patio (complete with a glass roof for colder times) designed by Patrick Blanc is perfect for breakfasts and business lunches in the sunshine and transforms into a cool bar lounge area from 6pm, a haven for the hip and trendy of the city. The kitchen serves up a seasonal menu which is continually changing and combines traditional French recipes with those from around the world. The wine list is well chosen and features a wide choice from many major wine producing regions of France as well as some rather rare vintages too. Pershing Hall's ambience depends on the time of day: breakfast time is a peaceful time of day whereas lunchtimes become more buzzy and evenings offer a more fun ambience. Sundays play host to a superb buffet brunch between 11.30am and 4.30pm. Enjoy the sounds of the DJ in the lounge bar during the evenings where a large choice of fine champagnes are on offer alongside a great cocktail list and snack menu.

The restaurant is larger than the hotel that it is located at. But the place is a looker. Very stylish just like the young fashionable guests. The food is expensive but worth it. Nicely prepared and beautiful look at. Tasty as well. The biggest eye-catcher is of course the huge green "living" wall in the middle of the atrium based... More

This is one of the rare times that I will be really harsh in a review. Pershing Hall is a beautiful restaurant on two levels and especially the bar is a pleasant place to meet friends, but the service and the food are a shame. Overall the service was unpleasant of the kind that clearly states that the client should... More

The Pershing Hall restaurant is a trendy, lively dining place in the Hotel Pershing Hall in the 8eme arrondissement in Paris. Situated over multiple floors, it is a very cool and fashionable place. The bar area is uber sleek and sexy and the place is always full of beautiful people. Funky music is played in the background by live DJs.... More

Great meal and great service although very broken English (which gave me the impression that this restaurant isn't often visited by non Parisians). Really cool atmosphere, trendy although the food was faultless. Can highly recommend the crispy prawns for starters (best I've ever had!) and the melting lamb shoulder. When booking (which you should do) ensure to request to sit... More

When the concierge recommended this place over the phone to us, I wrote the name down as "Pershingo", and not until we got there and read the dedication plaque, did it click that the name is a dedication to General John Pershing, famous for his WW I exploits. The restaurant/bar is on three levels enveloping an atrium, whose roof can... More

the area, the design and the locatin (close to George V) are definitely the pros of the restaurant. It is a trendy option, definitely advisable if you want to make a good first impression, either for business or romantic date. You definitely pay for being close to Champs Elysee.
