Pershing Hall is a great restaurant in Paris found in the East Quarter and offers a wonderful ambience during both the day and night. The pretty open air patio (complete with a glass roof for colder times) designed by Patrick Blanc is perfect for breakfasts and business lunches in the sunshine and transforms into a cool bar lounge area from 6pm, a haven for the hip and trendy of the city. The kitchen serves up a seasonal menu which is continually changing and combines traditional French recipes with those from around the world. The wine list is well chosen and features a wide choice from many major wine producing regions of France as well as some rather rare vintages too. Pershing Hall's ambience depends on the time of day: breakfast time is a peaceful time of day whereas lunchtimes become more buzzy and evenings offer a more fun ambience. Sundays play host to a superb buffet brunch between 11.30am and 4.30pm. Enjoy the sounds of the DJ in the lounge bar during the evenings where a large choice of fine champagnes are on offer alongside a great cocktail list and snack menu.

This is a place not to miss if you are looking for fine dining in a beautiful setting with excellent service. The restaurant is located in the indoor courtyard of a five-star boutique hotel. In the summer the glass roof opens up. On the second floor, overlooking the courtyard the bar is located. The whole airy ambiance of the place... More

This was set up for a business dinner in Paris. It is a very open concept with some really unique features to it including a really interesting vegetable wall where they grow things presumably for the meals that are prepared. The food was really good from starters to mains. I highly recommend the black cod. Quiet enough for a business... More

I love this place, either for a drink or for diner. Do not expect high French gastronomy, but this is very good. Price are not cheap, when you like it.

Had a great dinner with colleagues. The service was excellent. All dishes were very good. The "black angus" steak was perfectly cooked. Will definitely return.

Surrounded by the worlds most famous Fashion Maisons, the Preshing Hall Restaurant is somewhat of a hidden gem along the luxury district of Paris. It seems more a blink and you will miss it type of place, versus an easily named landmark, so you would definitely need to copy down the address and know where you are heading before going.... More

Everything about this restaurant is superb.....the location, the setting, the ambiance, the cocktail bar....everything! Myself and my wife visited recently for her birthday treat and were recommended this restaurant, and it did not disappoint. The lit eco-wall feature is an eye catching entrance, and our table was in a small cubbyhole cove which was very romantic. The meals were excellent,... More
