Pershing Hall is a great restaurant in Paris found in the East Quarter and offers a wonderful ambience during both the day and night. The pretty open air patio (complete with a glass roof for colder times) designed by Patrick Blanc is perfect for breakfasts and business lunches in the sunshine and transforms into a cool bar lounge area from 6pm, a haven for the hip and trendy of the city. The kitchen serves up a seasonal menu which is continually changing and combines traditional French recipes with those from around the world. The wine list is well chosen and features a wide choice from many major wine producing regions of France as well as some rather rare vintages too. Pershing Hall's ambience depends on the time of day: breakfast time is a peaceful time of day whereas lunchtimes become more buzzy and evenings offer a more fun ambience. Sundays play host to a superb buffet brunch between 11.30am and 4.30pm. Enjoy the sounds of the DJ in the lounge bar during the evenings where a large choice of fine champagnes are on offer alongside a great cocktail list and snack menu.

Amazing Decor, Only Good Food $$$

The art, the lighting, the small details, the DJ in the bar area, the living wall--simply amazing. My eyes danced about the restaurant during our entire dinner trying to take in all of the beautiful details and seriously amazing people watching. The food, though, was disappointing. The place is nice but some of the restaurant staff ( the doorman )are just snobish and agressive. I would not recommand this place unless they really change the way they consider and speak to their customers.

We are going to Paris twice a year and we've visited this restaurant many times . Decorated by Putman , with a hanging wall garden over your head at the atrium Pershing Hall never disappointed us . Very good service , polite and helpful waiters , great atmosphere and music and always promising and efficient menus .

Our hotel recommended this restaurant and we are so glad they did! My boyfriend and I attended on a Saturday night and had a wonderful evening. The restaurant is stunning and has a fantastically romantic ambience, with great textures and lighting and nice background music. They have a wall of greenery in the covered courtyard area which is beautiful and... More

The restaurant is larger than the hotel that it is located at. But the place is a looker. Very stylish just like the young fashionable guests. The food is expensive but worth it. Nicely prepared and beautiful look at. Tasty as well. The biggest eye-catcher is of course the huge green "living" wall in the middle of the atrium based... More

This is one of the rare times that I will be really harsh in a review. Pershing Hall is a beautiful restaurant on two levels and especially the bar is a pleasant place to meet friends, but the service and the food are a shame. Overall the service was unpleasant of the kind that clearly states that the client should... More
