Nice place, not expensive

Nice place, food was fine, in a gentle amount, servers were very nice, I recommend the "mouse aux fruits exotiques", it was very good!

We live in Paris and this is just around the corner for us so we kinda go there whenever we don't feel like cooking or Chinese! Over the past two years we've tried pretty much everything both the Venezuelan night and the regular offer- and our favorites remain queso fondido chorizo, the burrito pollo and of course the frozen margarita... Three Sri Lankans in the kitchen tell the story. Undercooked red beans without flavor, rice that resembles mashed potatos, patacones hard as rock and reheated, tiny empanadas, a small plate of soggy fired yucca for EU 12 and guacamole which must have come from a can. Horrible. Only the chicken soup was OK. Avoid this place if you want real... More

My girlfriend, myself and another friend went to the restaurant to eat. The menu was fairly large but not very creative or flexible. As a vegetarian I find it hard to eat in Paris so It is nice to have something I can eat on the menu, but it just wasn't very tasty. For my girlfriend and her friend the... More

There's always a happy vibe in a mexican restaurant, and this is not an exception! We came a bit early and they were still cleaning the floors, but we were seated and the service was prompt. We had some Mojitos and tortilla chips for starters and different, well-known Mexican main dishes. The food was good. Not the best Mexican I've... More

Of course I have eaten worse, but this place was clearly unique in its overpriced fake Latin-American style. Maybe one of the waitresses were Latin-American but this is nothing special in Paris. I got an Argentinian beer, which costed me 6€ for a small bottle (0,33l) because they were out of affordable beer - A real low standard for a... More

Wine served caused Hospital visit, i was visiting them last sunday evening for a quick bite. Ordered some white house wine which was served in a carafe. My wife was poisoned by the wine and i had to bring her to emergency. Awfull restaurant, never again. About the food, Arreppas comes from the freezer and is as tough as my... More

I travel a lot and I love exotic food. When I feel "awaysick" I go there : I live next door. I enjoy the food and the people who are very nice. The best guacamole in town, I even order some to take away for my brunches at home. With some of my friends we often go there, take pictures,... More

We tried this restaurant as the one we wanted to go to is closed on Sundays. The restaurant is cosy and nicely decorated but the staff is completely uninterested in attending clients or taking orders. Despite the lack of interest we got our food quite quickly and the food was very good. The prices are somewhat reasonable for a Parisian... More

Friendly staff, great food, and a really cool atmosphere! The decoration is really cool, particularly the light fitting which is made out of empty corona bottles, and we had a really great night! Will definitely be going back!

Staying in Odeon / Saint-Michel

Neighborhood Profile
Odeon / Saint-Michel
As the bustling center of entertainment for the residents of the Rive Gauche, the activity at Odéon never stops. Boulevards are lined with traditional cafes, restaurants, and boutique cinemas. The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner. The setting for this area is second to none; the Haussmann-style boulevards are contrasted by monumental architecture and overshadowed by the iconic Notre Dame, all within a moment’s walk from the Seine. This neighborhood's world-famous bookshops, cafés, and streets will not fail to impress you.
