Service was good, but food was just average. Hotel was located close to our hotel, so went without recommendation. Definitely not fine Parisian dining.

Had smoked salmon and then lemon sole - both OK. Husband had Coquilles St Jacques and a lobster - the scallops were good but the lobster was ordinary - 4 out of 10. The owner/waiter seemed to be more interested in his phone than in serving his customers. Quite expensive for what was served although they did give a plate... More

I visited twice on a trip in 2011 and the food and service was quite good. This time in June 2014 I had the Bouillabaisse which I had in 2011 and was quite good then. This time they took us upstairs as soon as they heard our english voices despite the empty restaurant downstairs. The food was nice but the... More

Awful food and service! We had the most unpleasant waiter. We seemed annoyed to serve us the over-priced terrible food. I ordered the filet of sole for 39 Euros. It arrived whole - from head to tail with skin. The sauce was almost non-existent. My daughter's meal was worse. Her scallops were hard and inedible. She barely touched them. The... More

I've never written a review in my life but I don't have a choice this time. I went there with my girlfriend after visiting the Louvre Museum yesterday. The door guy brought us upstairs after knowing the fact that we came from the UK and then gave us a special english menu, which appeared to be overpriced - felt like... More

Worst service. They pretend to be a nice restaurant but their wine glasses are full of fuss, and they treat you like crap. The food was good, but being treated like crap makes anything good feel bad. They gave us a bad table, in between 2 other couples when the whole restaurant was empty, told us that they were all... More

We stopped for the fritteur eperlan which were done perfectly! Then the scallops St Jacques done to perfection. The staff was great with a wonderful sense of humour. Reasonable prices. Would recommend.

My Mum and I went here for a seafood treat on our last day in Paris. However, it turned out to be more of a seafood nightmare! We went for the Lobster menu. It started off quite well. I had ravioli which wasn't quite warm enough and my Mum's salad was pleasant - probably because the lobster was cold. However,... More

I eat most of my meals in Paris with a child companion. Perhaps that is the reason why my experience with this restaurant is different from some of the bad reviews I saw for this place. I have eaten here more than six times in the past 6 years. The food is consistently good. It is a very easy location... More

Dinner with 6 colleagues, atmosphere upstairs very relaxed, with pianist playing in the background. Oysters excellent as well as the lobster raviolli. Other colleagues had fish soup which looked excellent and fish for mains. The enormous shared rum baba for desert is a must.
