"I met my old lover on the street last night..." (Thank you, Paul Simon) That's what this lovely Parisian restaurant yearns to be: a place where old flames meet up again, months, years, sometimes (as in my case) decades later. It lives in a narrow old rue in the Quartier Latin not far from the Sorbonne and has all the... More

For nearly 30 years, I've been going to this restaurant whenever in Paris. The meals are always good, especially the long-simmered meals (plats mijotés). On this occasion, all 8 guests enjoyed their choices from the menu, which included boeuf bourguignon & gigot d'agneau; nearly all took advantage of the 18.50 EUR menu offer. To be sure, I will return as... More

We arrived a little after 7, just after it had opened, looking inside it was well styled and the staff were welcoming. The room is just what you'd expect from a little French restaurant, the food was even better! We had the set menu and all three courses were delicious. The food manages to walk that difficult line of both... More

We enjoyed our dinner here. Duck Beast and Beef Bourgione were excellent. I would not order the escargot again (bland and tough).

This is a great reliable local bistro very near the Pantheon .. which is open every day for lunch and dinner .. I had lunch on my own and dinner with a friend and both more than satisfied us but i still don't recommend it as a destination bistrot ( like Chez Lami Jean for example) ... the lunch menu... More

Can't say enough good things about Le Perraudin. Staff was polite, actually the blond waiter was very funny. He joked with our kids and us. Food was fantastic. Atmosphere was perfect. The smells from the kitchen, well if you could bottle that smell you would be very very rich.

We just loved it... we feel really the typical French Atmosphere bistro with the decoration. we took the Menu at 18;50 Euros. We had the Beef Bourguignon who was delicious serve with potatoes and the house dessert, creme brule and chocolate mousse. The owner took his time to help us to choose the dishes, explain us the way is cooking.... More

We have had dinner here twice during our month-long stay nearby. Each time we have been pleased. The first time was really terrific. The salad starter was very fresh, the beef bourguignon very nice. The second time, we tried the frogs legs, which were much better than I remembered from years gone by - much less rubbery. This time I... More

Restaurant Perraudin was all business, clearly they want to keep the flow going which is OK. Waiters seemed they were only doing their job and nothing more. Menus at 18.50 and 34.50 which seemed a little overpriced. 34.50 menu seemed pretty similar to cheaper without much distinction. 18.50 menu featured beef, beef, beef, lamb as choices so you better like... The menu offers a nice variety for dining....and since I was looking for something light, I had a scrambled egg with salmon starter and a nice green salad with tomatoes and a couple of slices of ham while my husband opted for a duck breast with freshly prepared green beans and potatoes. service was friendly and timely.
