This is a great reliable local bistro very near the Pantheon .. which is open every day for lunch and dinner .. I had lunch on my own and dinner with a friend and both more than satisfied us but i still don't recommend it as a destination bistrot ( like Chez Lami Jean for example) ... the lunch menu... More

Can't say enough good things about Le Perraudin. Staff was polite, actually the blond waiter was very funny. He joked with our kids and us. Food was fantastic. Atmosphere was perfect. The smells from the kitchen, well if you could bottle that smell you would be very very rich.

We just loved it... we feel really the typical French Atmosphere bistro with the decoration. we took the Menu at 18;50 Euros. We had the Beef Bourguignon who was delicious serve with potatoes and the house dessert, creme brule and chocolate mousse. The owner took his time to help us to choose the dishes, explain us the way is cooking.... More

We have had dinner here twice during our month-long stay nearby. Each time we have been pleased. The first time was really terrific. The salad starter was very fresh, the beef bourguignon very nice. The second time, we tried the frogs legs, which were much better than I remembered from years gone by - much less rubbery. This time I... More

Restaurant Perraudin was all business, clearly they want to keep the flow going which is OK. Waiters seemed they were only doing their job and nothing more. Menus at 18.50 and 34.50 which seemed a little overpriced. 34.50 menu seemed pretty similar to cheaper without much distinction. 18.50 menu featured beef, beef, beef, lamb as choices so you better like... The menu offers a nice variety for dining....and since I was looking for something light, I had a scrambled egg with salmon starter and a nice green salad with tomatoes and a couple of slices of ham while my husband opted for a duck breast with freshly prepared green beans and potatoes. service was friendly and timely. Loved our meal - my favourite perhaps? Restaurant is small (most are) but the food was great - had the cassoulet and chicken dish. Finished it off with dessert (gotta have dessert!) of creme brulee and tarte tatin (upside down apple pie). Yummy!

We meant to dine at Les Papilles but we didn't have reservation so they turned us down. Perraudin was a good 2nd choice. The food was yummy. The place is quite busy. prices are not so expensive & the service was fast & good but not really friendly.

My wife and I came across Perraudin while wandering back to our hotel from a long first day in Paris (arriving in CDG at 06:30, dropping our bags at the hotel, walking the Siene, attacking the Louvre, and sharing sorbet in the Jardins de Luxembourg). After a quick siesta, our concierge at the Hotel Cluny Sorbonne gladly helped us arrange... More

We had the fixed price lunch and it was excellent. All home cooked and traditional. There is a gret buzz in the place, Far superior to the touristy cafes nearby
